This is an awesome game! I like everything about it exept that there are not enough saving points. One other thing I don't like about it is that there is not enough health containers.

I played Frontline at a friends house and thought it was the best game in the world. I was wrong. I read a review on a new Medal of Honor game called Medal of Honor the Rising Sun. Ever since then I begged my parents for them to buy the game. But I just got the usal,"For your birthday." So I wated for three months until that I got the game. I made it to the third level in 30 min. but but I got stuck on it for a week. Now I'm on the fourth level and it is very hard. So far this is the best game I've ever played. I hope you'll enjoy this game.

I tried this game at a friends house and I am BEGING for it!
I think the fact that it takes place in the Pacific gives it a different twist then Frontline, with all the natives, Japs with big knifes on the end of there guns, stuff like that. This game is easy to to learn eapeshaly at the Pearl Harbor level, were you shot down Zeros from a gun turet. Most people only get 6 shot downs first time, I got 32!!!!! Any one who dosn't like Rising Sun, Kiss me in the rear.

An epic battle to destroy the enemy in the most graphical way. The best game I ever played. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I always look on Toys R Us.com. I can't find the newly relased video games at a better website. Your gonna love this game. You better get it before it's sold out!

This game is nothing short of horrible. The graphics are bad, teh storyline is boring, and the game ends in a way that made me want to kick my TV screen in. Frontline was nore realistic not only with the graphics but the shear fact that if you shoot a guy in teh head with a sniper rifle, he's dead. Not those pesky Jap's, you need to shot them at least 3 times at point blank range with a high powered sniper rifle before they even think about falling. Anyhow, don't waste your money, if you like Frontline, keep playing it because you are going to be very disappointed in Rising Sun. The worst part about it is that I spent $50 on a game that took me less that 8 hours to complete and ended right in the middle of the story line. I'll play the sequel whenever it comes out but I sure as hell won't buy it, Video World here I come.
P.S. I'm still pissed about this game!!!!!!!!!!

...1.compared to frontline the graphics are pretty bad.
2.i beat this game is 3 hours.
3.the only thing you do is shoot people.
4.its easy,for instense i let a japan shoot me then i sit there he takes an hour to reload i could shoot a million people before he takes another shot.
5.hear rumors about multiplayer and online,well multiplayer stinks because its only a challenge against your friend and the guns stink.And for online better but still very unintense and bad.
6.the funnest thing is the begining:shooting down planes.
7.last but not least,there are no challenging parts in this game all it is is shoot japs and a couple tanks.in frontline there were guys with bazookas(none in rise of sun), better tanks,way better grenades,nazis actually threw the nades,and more variety of nazis that shot at you like shiefs.
DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with Philthadelphia's review above. When you play this and the credits roll, you won't believe it. I thought "Interesting that the credits are in the middle". NO! It's actually the end!
If you have never played the other MOH games, go buy them. They're great. And you can probably get both of them for the price of this one.
If EA thinks that this is going to get me to buy the sequel, they have a lot to learn--a total ripoff.
...Is this susposed to be fun?

..I cant begin to explain how much this game sucks!The AI is so poor.You can be 500 meters away and there will be bullets whizzing past your head.The first two levels are OK..but all the others are poorly designed and just plain BORING!There isnt any
blood or gore,so it doesnt look like a battlefield that much.
Almost every gun makes an unrealistic noise,but at least theyve improved from Frontline.The music also sucks.Another sucky part is when i set it on Easy difficulty,IT TAKES ABOUT 500 BULLETS TO KILL ME!In normal mode it takes only 5 bullets.And i havent even thought about trying it in hard mode..heh.And how do you zoom in without a scope!?DO U HAVE CAMERA EYES OR WHAT?!Over all,this game was a TOTAL DISASTER!I STRONGLY RECCOMEND NOT BUYING THIS GAME!RIGHT NOW,ITS SITTING ON MY SHELF COLLECTING DUST!THE ONLY THING THIS GAME IS GOOD FOR,IS..FIREWOOD!NEVER BUY THIS STUFF!!EVER!!I gave it one star because its a game and the first two levels are ok....
