YES THIS game ROCKs
BUT

it has SERIOUS frame rate issues

the grafics suk
although the story was OK
its feels like Dejavu

I think this is going to be great, but too bad for them they cant get game of the year. Halo 2 is beter, but this would win if it wasnt for halo,2 which is the greatest gift that heaven has ever granted upon the world. I know that no game will ever beat a halo game, and the only game that will ever beat a halo game is a sequel. It is also like that for KOTOR, which is a different kind of game, and great in its own right. KOTOR 2 Will rock. THats all/.

i thought the first one was great. i already preorderded the second one and i think a lot of people should because i know its going to make a great game becaues the first one was great. it was sooo breath taking when i discoverd the my player was darth revan.the graphics is what i think is the coolest part of the game because for the xbox it looks like your actually on the world. take the unknown world for example when your on central beach and u take a left to go to the ridge and look ahead the in front of u is the ebon hawk and behind it is a downded republic cruser from the disrupter field from the star forge. it just looked so real like i was in the. so i advise u all to get the sequal. it will be great.

I would have to give this game 4.5 stars. KOTOR 1 is my favorite game ever. This is a great game, but it is not as good as the first one. The storyline is good, but not great, like the first one. There are no huge secrets. It does have great replay value. I have played it through 4 different times, and each time was extremely fun. You can play as different classes of Jedi Knights, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. You can also play as male and female, and there are slightly different storylines with each one. Your leaning (i.e. light or dark side of the force) makes a difference as well. The one thing that this game has better than the first is that you can influence your party members, and have them shift to light or dark side with you. Can't wait for KOTOR 3 for the XBOX 360; I've heard Bioware (the company that made KOTOR 1) will be making number 3!

Of course, I had to purchase this due to loving the first one, but as usual, it does not have the same "umph" as the first one. RPG and Star Wars fans (the KOTOR 1 ones) should still play this. Rent it, or purchase it used or brand new for cheap. I thought it is a worthy to have in my x-box collection. It's not that bad. Yes, there are some of the same 'ol stuff, leaving things unchanged, but if you loved the first one, you will not have problems picking this up. The strongest point of it I bealive is the story. It made me want to keep going.
My biggest complaint was that the battle with the Sith Lord featured on the cover was not that great. I mean he was sith-scary, but a push over fight.

I Need help on Beating Kriea at the end of the game I'm a Jedi Master and has mostly DS power and like 2 LS power. Please I'm desperte for tips on beating Kriea. also alomost all of my party member is a Jedi. I die every times I confront her

KOTOR 2 really isn't as bad as you'd think. They've simply improved upon some things from the first KOTOR. Some things, such as the graphics, seemed to work alot smoother. Also some of the character's individual stories were rather interesting.

Now for the cons to this game. Good game, but it leaves you hanging. From what I understand, the game was rushed out for a holiday release and due to that fact, it lacks alot of explanations for the storyline. The first KOTOR was very in-depth and told you why Revan became the way he had. KOTOR 2, on the other hand, just lets you hang at the end. Another problem was that at certain points, the game seemed to act like it was overloaded and all your graphics would slow to nothing. That seemed to happen quite alot during combat. Also having the game freeze totally (and needing a restart) wasn't all that uncommon.

While it's not a great game, the game will keep you interesting for about 30hrs at least. I recommend it if you can find it on sale, but don't go blow $40 on it. $20 is alot better really. If you want to take a chance without wasting much, borrow it or rent it.

Let me start off by saying that this game was much harder than the first one.All i liked about this game was the part where you get to do the lightsaber and fight all the sithlords.
