This masterpiece is the sequel to the game of the year winning Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. There are so many improvments scinse the first game, so i guess i will star with my favorites. In The Sith Lords, you can influense your party members and and turn them to the light or dark side of the force which is really cool. You can even take on an apprentice, Echani Handmaden (light side) or Vissas Marr (dark side) if you say the right things in conversations or do things to ipress them. Influense also can give you more interesting conversations with some party members if you have enough of it. There are also new bad guys. Darth Nihilus, Darth Sion and Darth Traya. Also over 30 new force powers and many new feats. Lightsaber forms are added to the game to make your combat style diffrent. The combat it self is a ton cooler. Instead of bang, bang, bang pause, bang bang bang, the combat is much more flowing. Speaking of flowing, so are your robes. Waaaay better then those weird tunics from the first game. These are real star wars robes.

When I got Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, I played it immediately and was amazed by the awesomeness of the game. You could use the force, feats, and best of all, it used the Dungeons and Dragons Rules Set v 3.5. It also had a great story, with many plot twists, for example *SPOILER* You were Darth Revan!
KOTOR 2: The Sith Lords picks up 5 years after the original. You make a completely new character, and you start on the Ebon Hawk as it is in critical condition. T3-M4 (yes he returns) is controlled by you and you save the ship with him. You dock in a mining facility, which is in emergency lockdown because of some explosions. Everyone on the station is dead. It just gets better and better from there...
Unlike the original, KOTOR 2 is made by Obsidian Entertainment, not Bioware. Obsidian Entertainment did a better job. They took everything that made the original so great, and added more. They have new characters, new weapons, and new powers. There are also new feats. Overall, KOTOR 2 is a flawless, perfect game that no Star Wars fan should be without. D&D fans will also love this game. Even though it is aimed towards these people, anybody will find enjoyment in this game. I am addicted!

I am about 2/3 of the way through the game and am pretty happy with it overall. Several things have been improved over the first one. Namely, the influence factor. All secondary characters will be turned to or from your side depending on choices that you make. This makes you stop and think about dialogue choices a little longer. Also, your Jedi can never "top off". You can level up as long as you can find something to fight. I would highly recommend this game to any Star Wars fan.

I experienced some problems with choppy frame rates but overall I enjoyed this game as much as the first. Loved the addition of the prestige classes (although if you've played other Bioware titles this should come as no surprise) but I would have preferred to be able to go to more planets.
Overall, it was a great game although I found the ending abrupt with a minor plot inconsistency. The new lightsaber ungrades and colours were also a nice addition If you liked the first and love the Star Wars universe you'll like this game as well, the playable demo of republic commando should get your mouth watering also.

I really enjoyed the first kotor so i am waiting in great anticipation for this one. It looks like there is more to do and many new twists.

OHHHH MAN, I just cant wait for KOTOR2 to come out! the first one was awesome and from what ive heard and read about it it is supposed to be even better (which is hard to beleive)! im so excited your whole party is affected by your choices and some people might not even join you if your to evil or good. new force powers and feats too, like force crush wich is gunna be awesome. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!

If U want a awsome game this is it . you can choose from many different stly lightsabers that you can make but you have to find the parts to your lights saber if you wish to have one. First you will be excilled from the jedi order than a fight happens and most jedi are dead. You can make choices to go to the lightside or walk the way to the darkside.

im addicted to kotor 2 because its one of the funest games out. along with prince of persia 2 i guess this is the year for squels to rock buy this and pop2 great games kotor is better then last becuase you have to find lightsaber parts your bad even if your good its that much bigger then the first and no damn maps

This game isn't as good as the last but it's still fun and one of the best games you'll play anyway. It has cool characters and a good story. The graphics aren't as good as the first and in ways it can seem like the first one all over again. I mean in some ways it's too much like the last game. It seems like it was rushed when the last one took years to make. You go to some of the same enviroments that you did in the last one and you even fly the same ship. Plus instead of looking for Starmaps you have to look for lost jedis instead.
I like how there's more villains in this one though when the first one just had Darth Malik. This one has 2 plus a surprise villain you might not expect. I also like how in one part you have to solve a murder. I liked that about the first game as well. That can be as fun as the lightsaber duels. I want a part 3 but they need to take more time in making it. This is a really good game but imagine how good it would've been if they took as much time making it as they did with the first. I'm not knocking this game that much though because it's one of my favorite games.
