When I first bought The Legend of Zelda: OoT I was amazed at what a wonderful game it was. Full of adventure and having to solve huge dungeons. My problem is with this new release of The Legend of Zelda: MM, wouldn't the time limit conflict with the fun. I mean in the last version you could take your time and not be mangled by and time limits, unless you were diving for rupees.
I think they should have kept the same idea with this version.
Ex. One of the Sages has died and you must find so many pieces of the Coin to Bring him back to life. But the Pieces would be extremely hard to find, having to go through numerous dungeons and puzzles just to get one piece of the coin. And may I add NO TIME LIMIT (and also new moves, screen layout, etc...).
I havn't played the game yet but by reading these posts I don't even want to rent it. Just mentioning the word "Time-Limit" makes me mad.
I don't like being rushed, I like playing a game at my own pace. I pity those people who really LOVE the game it shows they are not real gamers. A real gamer likes to play and play how long and when he wants to. The time-limit factor in this new release diminishes the whole exploring and just takeing your time point of the game.
With that 50$ I'll put it towards my saving for PSX2!
Who agrees with me?

I love the Zelda Series. I have played every single Zelda for Nintendo since the very first one for the 8 bit system over 12 years ago came out.
MM is not that much fun. The graphics rock, but the time limit makes the puzzles hard in a way that is not challenging, but simply pain. The game is also small compared to the last Zelda, which was huge!
I guess you could say MM is an okay game, but if you loved Zelda, esp. Orcana, you might very well be disapointed. ... The second Zelda game for the original Nintendo was also very different than most of the others and less interesting. I hope Nintendo hears this and makes the next Zelda better.
it sucks its a waist of money

the reason i don't like majora's mask is because it has a ridiculous story line. first of all you have to do all this junk to get certain things. plus you have to stop the moon from smashing into the earth that is the stupidest thing i have ever heard.this game is not loyal to all the previous zelda games nor does it have any returning characters such as princess zelda. ocarina of time is without a doubt better than majora's mask.
Worst Game Ever,Nintendo should be sued 4 its shoty quality

Ok, so this wasn't the worst game ever, but it doesn't even compare to Ocarina of TIme. For one thing it is almost identically like the first one, but second time around it is more boring(I don't want the same thing over and over). There are all these quests and such that are suppose to make the game hard but are ridiculously tidious and hard, and so absurdly hidden that if you didn't have a strategy guide, and you were a great zelda player, you could play for 30days looking for an item and not get it. Having a game take a little while to beat is great. But, think, honestly, do you really want to be playing this everyday for the next 4years? I think not, and to do everything that is what you would have to do, not cause it is so big, but it is SO DAMN HARD. Beating Goldeneye on 00 agent is the easiest thing in the world compared to this game. I have sold my 64 and all my games and switched to a used psx and will soon get PS2. Because nintendo does not know how to create fun games, plain and simple, the only game ive played with a fun factor over 3(on a scale of 1-10) is Mario Kart, Goldeneye and Zelda:OoT. GOOD RIDANCE NINTENDO YOU P.O.S!!!
HORIBLE!!

THIS IS THE WORST GAME EVER! The best game ever was the legend of zelda ocarana of time. What they did was put everything they loked from ocarana, made it bad, and stuck it in a game with horrible graphics and a sucky plot!!

This game showed very little respect for Link, we know him to fight his own battles, not as an estranged creature....please give us the real Link, not every Tom, Dick and Harry you can think of.....

I ordered a game for my son's birthday on Oct 01-over thirty days- and have yet to receive my game. I have been charged and have nothing to show for what I payed. I am now having to spend hours filling out forms and call to try to get my money back. Will never order from this seller again. Would have put 0 stars but that isn't an option.

After the very enchanting but still a very non-RPG Zelda: Ocarina of Time, I expected at least as much from Majora's Mask. Unfortunately, it is as if Nintendo dismissed all of its competent staff.
The subtasks in this adventure have a time limit, which is unlike any Zelda game before. This game turned out to be extreemely annoying. This Zelda has even less plot than Ocarina of Time. It is all just a collection of subtasks, not much else.
The graphics are worse than before. The main screen has a third of the lower side chopped off for the timer graphics, which makes the 3D view limited and headache prone. Despite the worse graphics, this game requires the purchase of extra memory hardware for your N64 console.
Nintendo's struggle against the launching of Playstation 1 made me wonder about a few things. PS 1 turned out to be very popular, exactly what people wanted. Although impressive, the N64 was never exactly what people were hoping for. Too many yearned for more Final Fantasy games, which Nintendo didn't seem to like. Sure Nintendo is meant for ages 6-12, completely ignoring anyone older.
Today, I avoid Nintendo completely. In part thanks to Zelda: Majora's Mask.
