A Must Have For Star Wars Fans

This a great change from previous Star Wars titles ... the RPG mode is great and adds something new to the genre. I've only had the game for a few days but I love it. The game play allows you to explore and interact, thus adding to the game play. Additionally, being allowed to chose your actions and lean towards the "dark" or "light" side just adds to the game. For anyone who is Star Wars fan, this is a must have.

Remember "Choose Your Own Adventure" books???

This game is 1 BILLION times cooler than those books just because it's Star Wars, and you choose between being on the lightside and the darkside of the Force (or staying in-between)!!!

The action and the objectives are non-stop! I agree with the guy that said "certain things" in your life will diminish...I spent the first 4 nights playing this until 4:00AM (and collapsed on the 5th day).

Finding and collecting all of the items that boost certain skills or give you more powerful weapons will knock you on your [bottom] almost as fast as when you get to the plot twist...and, man, you DO NOT see it coming!!

If you own an Xbox, buy it! If you didn't like one or more of the new Star Wars movies, buy an extra copy of this game, frame it, then hang it on your wall and stare at it, hoping that the upcoming downloadable content is traveling to Naboo to kill Ma and Pa Binks!!!

Bought it, Beat it, Love it, Playing it again! it

I own this game and have already beaten and i must say that this game is aweasome. While a few parts of the story are weak for the most part the story is great. The combat system is excellent. And i suggest that you play as both a light and dark side character (i like insulting people knowing that in two days they will die!!!!!!)

This is an excellent game, a brilliant blend of action, strategy and adventure. Every single other review here that is good gives all the details, so I will spare that. I will just say that this is a very good game for a Star Wars fan or someone who was dissapointed with or couldn't play Star Wars Galaxies.

A-FREAKIN-MAZING

There is only one word to describe the total awesomeness, cleverness, and everything else about this game. A-FREAKING-MAZING!!!!!!!!!!! The storyline is great... You think you know whats goin on, but then WHAM! a new twist to the plotline that you never expected. Besides that, it has great graphics and sound, which are two key elements to a great game. Also, the gameplay itself is awesome. Tons of quests, as well as side quests, which can determine your path to the light or dark side, a crucial part of the game, plenty of action, and lots and lots of very important cutscenes, and dialogue. On top of that you have the light and dark side meter, which is genius. Whichever side you are on, and how much of it you are, determines the rest of the game, and the ending. You beat it on light, and then you start a new game for dark. The game is completely addicting, so you could be playing it for hours, and it would feel like mere minutes. With 40+ hours of gameplay(80+ if u go back to play both sides), you could be playing for quite a while. My only problem with the game was the turn-based combat, but you get used to it. Most of the time u dont even want to screw around with force powers, so u just fill up the qeue with hack-and-slash kind of moves, but it is fun to watch, and you get used to the way the combat feels after about 1 hour of playtime. In conclusion, this is a must have game. even if you dont like star wars this will be enjoyable because it has nothing to do with the movie franchise or the past games. If you are an RPG fan, or a Star Wars fan, or both, or even neither, this game is the one for you.

A gift for XBOX RPG lover's

This has to be the best present that XBOX, a sytem that is all but void of RPG's (espescially RPGs sans the bugs) could give to us RPG lovers. Even if you are not a fan off teh RPG you will find elements of teh game that fit you. The begining is the mosst challenging part and you are pressed harder throughout the game. This game is worth the money spent will be put in your list of favorite games.

With the Xbox starving for new and intuitive RPG's they have been scavenging for good games. We thought we had found a light at the end of the tunnel with Metal Dungeon. At least until we played it. Well now Xbox has a savior. Kotor is the greatest RPG to come along in years, not only is this a reason to buy an Xbox just to play this game but now Xbox is starting to set a standard with RPG's. Out of all the games you should own if you have an Xbox there is Star Wars: Kotor, Halo, and Splinter Cell. Don't miss this game. Do yourself a favor and go pick it off the shelves now.

I had anticipated the arrival of this game for months, and it's finally here. I have only played a few select hours of the game, but so far its worth every PENNY! The graphics are amazing, the story is so, so fantastic, which makes it hard to put away. SO many options, and so many different ways to manipulate the story to how ever you choose. This game is a must! If i could give it 10 stars, i would. Buy this game, own this game, and replay this game, over and over. If u have kids, make them play it. Star Wars is Educational. ;-)
I think the only game that would rival this True RPG would be a sequel :)

One of the Best games for any Console Ever!

But, ah no.none of u came hur to here to listen to me ramble on about me and my wonderful Xbox. And if u did, ur my ex girlfriend, so get off Rachel. But the game. Far mor exciting then my love life. So, u get to pick what u look like, if ur good or bad, etc. The graphics are so kewl specially if u got a good tv. The story line is very engaging, and I wont say nything bout that, cuz u MUST play this game. Trust me. I've had it for monthes and still luv it! Its replay value is unmatched. I hate rpgs, but this was da bomb. U dont even hav to be a star wars fan. And no stupid Gungans. Just pretend one of yor bad guy buddies is Jar Jar and kill him maliciously.(verrry mean;)NOW, BUY THIS GAME! OR SMASH YOR HEAD INTO THE WALL AND COVET YOR FRIEND WHO HAS THIS BALLER GAME. (BALLER IS GOOD)
