Best. Game. Ever.

If you do not drop whatever you are doing and buy this game, immediately, then you are missing out on all the fun. Dark side/Light side, whichever you choose, it's all worth it. I really don't want to spoil anything, because there's so much "Cool!" factor in this game, that you'll be playing for a long time. Definitely worth the dough.

The Force is strong with this one!

Knights is simply awesome. After seemingly dozens of mediocre Star Wars games this one is a real gem. I also have to admit its one of the best RPGs I've played in a very long time. JUST BUY IT NOW. You will be very pleased.

This Game Rules!!!!!

Hi everyone. I HAVE played this game, and it is the best. I do NOT like Star Wars games, and this game has become one of my favorite video games ever. Some of the levels can be a little long if you like doing all the side quests ( like me), but you can basically avoid most of those. My brother does what is just absolutly neccesary, and he gets through the game pretty quick. Also, the fact that you can decide which side you want to be one through actions is very cool, and you can change if you want to in the middle of the game. I would definetly refer this game!!

This game is second only to halo, and its a close runner up

ok, i have hated every single rpg except for this one. The only reason this game is an rpg is to eliminate the repitive gameplay of pressing "a" to attack with your lightsaber. In this game, u press attack and watch your character pull off some amazing moves, and you can insert force powers, grenades, or special attacks at will. the game is incredibly addictive, so be ready to get hooked. The plot is fun to get involved in, and has plenty of twists and suprises. The replay value is great for at least once, because of your choice to be either light or dark. You choose your side by gaining light and dark points throughout the game, its not just a sudden decision. Definitely buy this game, even if u hate rpg's. The first hour is boring, so people that rent it will say it [is bad]. I am 21 hours into it, and i dont think im halfway yet. Two thumbs way way up on this one.

very nice RPG game

This game is full of fun. Execellent video/audio effect, lengthy cinematic animation, turn-base combat(more like those Japanese PRG games,e.g. Final Fantasy series.), freedom to customize your charactor and choose your own response from several options to other charactor. The story is deep and rich. Although I am not a big fan of Star Wars, but I love this game!!

One thing I complain about is it always takes ~15 seconds to load the data when you enter a different place. If you come and go frequently, the time you wait becomes noticable. The other thing I think of is the enemy is a bit weak even I set the gameplay to be difficult.

Where I am in the game: just escaped from Taris.

Addictive, and oh so much fun!

This game is amazing. My fiance bought it for himself, but when I got ahold of it, that was the end. Now he has to wait for me to finish the game before he gets it back... hehe.

The graphics, sound, gameplay, all of it is incredible!

One warning for anyone considering buying this game: You will think about this game morning, noon, and night. You will not want to eat, sleep or go to work. It's that addictive! :)

You wont regret it

To say I hate role playing games is an understatement. I absolutely LOATH them! But I have to say KOTOR is a great game! It took me a while to get into it, but once the story develops, it's great. You get to choose your own path between light and dark depending on which actions you choose during game play, so the anticipation of the ending is a big plus. I completely recommend this one!

Star Wars : The Story George Lucas should have Done

Amazing. Traveling to different planets to the ones we know from the movies and seeing some new. Characters are blast to have in your party and to talk to. Fighting system is fantastic. Music is great. Heading down the Dark Side makes you feel like an @$$ and going towards the Light Side is felt with pleasure. Play it once...play it twice...there's 2 endings...both worth watching...but the story and characters are worth playing over and over again. Must buy for Star Wars, RPG fans, and anyone with Xbox's. This game is and should be 2003 Game of the Year.

Lucas Arts at it's best!

First point, thankfully this wasn't directed by good 'ole George. The setting of the game is 4,000 years before the Star Wars: A New Hope, and a few years after the devastating Mandolorian Wars. This a truly fun Role-Playing Game (RPG) including interesting characters- everone of them with unique histories (including yours), an almost flawless turn-based combat system, a sinister universe dominating villian, ect. At this point, the graphics aren't the greatest, but are still nothing to scoff at. There are some bugs with the dialogue and movies, but nothing serious. The music, produced by the gaming-world famous Jeremy Soule is amazing and completely allows the player to become immersed with gameplay. Basically, every action (mostly dialogue) has a good (Light Side), Neutral, and bad (Dark Side) outcome. For some reason, the dark side way of going about things is more fullfilling.... Many movie seen force powers (lightning, force choke) as well as some powers known to Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) are included keeping you on your toes while playing. *Spoiler Alert* Incredilby (it is a small universe) all of the characters you meet that become apart of your party have to do with your past self. *Over* At two parts of your journey, once in the begining and once more a fourth of the way in, the player gets to choose the class of his/her character. First time around, what kind of grunt of the Old Republic's are you? and second, what kind of SUPER-ALL-POWERFUL-KICK-A**-BITE-YOUR-HEAD-OFF Jedi are you?

One of the best XBox games ever. period. and one of the better RPGs out there as well.

Very addictive - just like a good game should be

This was a well put-together game that was lots of fun to play. You'll want to play it again as soon as you finish it. I'm not a big Star Wars fan but I was nuts for this game.

This was the first RPG I ever tried and once I got over the fact that "I was not doing the fighting", I really liked it.

I highly recommend this game UNLESS you already have a weak relationship with your wife/kids (who you won't be seeing much of) or if your boss hates you and is waiting for you to come in late and bleary-eyed so he can pink-slip you.
