This game is so great. You can be almost anyboby except for jedis in this game.To allt those people that think this game sucks. WELL YOUR JUST SOME TYPE OF CRAPO. this game is great. Dont hesitate buy it!

Star Wars: Battlefront is nothing too impressive graphically. Like Halo, the mpas lack detail. However, they are well constructed and become very fun to play on. The controls are also very simple and work smoothly. There are several different characters, who each come with different guns, making for a fun variaty of play. In this game, you will likely die often and get to come right back w/different weapons if you choose by simply choosing a different character. Another cool thing is that you can take control of any vehicle in the game. Air or ground! I have to take down one star for the fact that the commands (telling soldiers to follow you or stay) often times do not bring the desired result. I'll tell a whole group to come with me and only one or two will, if they even stay for longer than 15 seconds. Also, when laying on the ground, you can be in dead aim of an enemy unit and your shot will still somehow hit the wall you are aiming above. Overall, this is still a very fun game to play and I'm sure it's awsome over xbox live! I can't try it because stupid high speed is not available in my are yet. POOP!

People dont worry!!!! you may think this game sucks with no space battles no plyable jedi, weak enemy A.I. and all that but when Battlefront II comes out, all that will be fixed. But the thing is you must unlock the Jedi to play as them!

This is one of those games you love to play even months after you have beaten it. Very addicting. Great graphics, Solid gameplay, and a must for hardcore STAR WARS fans.

I rented this game and let me just say that it is awesome. I started to play it and couldnt put the controller down. Awesome game definetly a game to go pick up.

Yes, I like playing on Naboo: Plains more than any other level. But how can you not have a good time playing this game? I love being able to have some level of control of my allies, not as much as Star Wars: Republic Commando's, but enough to give some support when you need it. It does get repeditive feel after a while. All in all is a great fun game to play and you don't need to be some uber-player to enjoy it.

This is a great game. wow. Be on any side you want, play online, choose where you play, choose your type of soldier, its all in your hands!!! Xbox live, great single-player, this is an amazing game. I do watch all the star wars movies, but im not a huge fan, however this is still definitely one of the top 10 games ive ever played.

Dont even think about buying this game, just buy it. No matter if your a fan of star wars or not, youll love it!

Battlefront, to front lines to the Greatest Star Wars battles

INTRODUCTION
By the time I write this review, everyone will probably already have bought this game and bought the battleront 2. However if are unfortunate like me and bought only just the battlefront 2, then you will totally miss out on many things.

The Good Side

-excellent graphics

-intense battlefields

-many maps that always intrest me

-intresting campaigns

-many soldier classes

-you get to command your soldiers!

There is always room for improvement

-Jedis, sith, and other heroes and villians are just extras out on the battlefield.

-Isn't one of Star Wars' main components are of space Battles? Where did they go?

-The campaign is nothing different from the instant action. Just pointless battles in order.

over all, this one of the best Star Wars games ever. Battlefront 2 is not complete with out battlefront 1!

I will say I was waiting for this game for a while before it finally came out. The single-player is great, though kind of short.

The multiplayer is SO laggy. I joined a game with low latency with just like 2 other player and then when 3 more people came it lagged sooo much it was pathetic.

The various vehicles and types of troopers are interesting to try out their different roles and see how you can affect the battlefield.

I have changed my mind about this game. I guess you truly do have to get used to the controls. And even then you have to reach a higher level. Picking off people from a distance never gets old. Taking over turrets is fun. Probably the best is using the jet paks or riding on the speederbikes. Taking over ground vehicles is kind of cool and the new and veried heroes are cool. The new mini-game missions are the same thing over and over again just like the main game. Boba Fett taking out nasty little Gungans and Jawas seems like fun and it is kind of.
Bottom Line: If you are the biggest starwars fan of all time ...buy this game. It will not disappoint if you stick with it. Is it for kids? No blood, but lots of killing. Will I keep it? Yes.
