perfect combo

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 1 / 1

The WiiPlay with Wiiremote is an ideal combination. The original system comes with one remote, and with the addition of wiiplay another remote is needed for most of the games. So to get both in one package was indeed the perfect combo. Hats off to the person who thought of offering these products in this way.

If in need of a remote please buy this instead!

Point blank! If you're in the market to pick up a 2nd, 3rd or 4th remote for your Wii system purchase this combo instead. $10 for a hand full of mini games that only two people can share is not such a bad compromise. I simply love billiards and the shooting gallery. These two games are very capable of getting non-gamers to pick them up and have a round with me or my wife, something (in my opinion) the Wii console as a whole was based on.

Good game. One game of bubbles is hard to understand at first. Graphics are great and well done.

GOOD DEAL, BUT THE GAME COULD BE BETTER

I Would advise only to get this game if you have waited to get an extra controller/s, most of the mini-games are too shallow and very forgetable. The only standouts are the pool and laser-hockey games, which are very fun and feature good controls and life-like physics. If you are looking for a good collection of mini-games then pick up RAYMAN, but if you need a extra wii-mote, then the few games that are fun do justify the extra $10.00

Fun to play with multiplayer not single

After quiet a few discounts I bought this for less than $10. Unlike many others I didn't buy it for the Wii Remote but I am glad that it comes with the Wii Remote b/c the games are certainly not worth $50. $20 is what its worth in my opinion.

You will have a blast playing with multiple players. This game was made for such reason in my opinion. However, to earn gold medal you will have to play by yourself.

Worth the extra $10 for some fun games

If you need a second wii remote Wii Play is definitely worth $10 more for a group of 9 fun games. They aren't games you will play hours on end, but they are good time killers.

However, I do think this should be bundled with the wii (the games). The first thing the game tells you is that it is made to teach you how to use the remote. Almost as if they decided not to bundle it at the last minute.

I've only played the games once, but my favorites as of now are the laser air hockey game (I can't remember the name), cow racing, pool, and the dunk hunt like game.

i like this bundle

amazon shipped this really quick to me when i expect stock to be low, but there seems to be more wii play available than i thought around retailers.

initially i wanted to get another wiimote but for $10 more i would spend it for a game like wii sports, full of mini games. unfortunately there can only be 2 players playing at the same time but the games might not work as well with more players..

i think the games are fun whether or not they "fully" make use of the unique features of the wiimote + nunchuk or attachment. the last game with tanks is addicting to me and difficult ! since these are mini games they can get boring easily, so keep playing but not too much and its still fun !
like other people have mentioned, this is a good deal if you just want another controller.

Game = $10 | Wiimote = $39.99 | Wii Play = $49.99... Why did I expect so much from the game?

At first glance, the Wii Play seems extremely appealing as you get a Wii remote AND a game consisting 9 mini games. However, to my disappoint and to many others, the games are just not worth it. I'd sell back my Wii Play with the remote to just get back my money but it's too much of a hassle.

If you want the Wii remote don't buy this. You'll just waste $10 that you can save to buy a good game rather than the 9 mini game junk.

worth the money

most of the games are great there are a couple that are not worth it but for the money it is well worth it, besides you need an extra wii mote

Bought for the controller, never expected the great games

I purchased Wii Play so I'd get an extra controller and enable my girlfriend to hook up to the Wii. I (We) never expected the games included to be so cool. We play tanks for hours at a time. Buy it and you'll see why.
