ok almost EVERYONE has played crazy taxi in the arcade, and everyone loves it. It's gunna be even better for the ps2. improvements such as: graphics, new characters, people aren't always gunna be in the same place, smoother, some new buildings, new music and a lot more. And guess what? if yer exited about this game fer ps2... namco has officialy announced that a soul calibur 2 shall be realesed on ps2!

I cant wait untill Crazy Taxi comes out on Playstation 2 I have it on dreamcast and it is so much fun I play it every day. The Grafics are the best on dreamcast for craxy taxi, I cant wait it see how the grafics are when it comes out on Playsation 2. WOW! This will be a game to put on your wish list.

To the person who said before that this game was going to be "fantastic" for PS2 because of "New Characters" and "Better Graphics" is dead wrong. The graphics on the dreamcast version really can't be improved. All that is going to be improved upon is the frame rate (the dc version was a little choppy in areas) and the amount of pop-up. This game has been out since February 2000. While it is a great game, don't expect much in the way of improvements. We'll all just have to wait for CT2 on Dreamcast.

O.K. Sega is releasing Crazy Taxi 2 on Dreamcast and Sony is releasing Crazy Taxi 1 for PS2 why? Why don't they release Crazy Taxi 2 for PS2 at the same time when it's release for Dreamcast. I mean why would they release a year old game on a new system? By now I think most people have played part 1 either on Dreamcast or arcade. I dont think a lot of people would pay $50 to play the game again with better graphics. This is like how Capcom release RE 2 and 3 for Dreamcast when it was all ready out on Playstation for a long time. Guess what nobody bought those game for Dreamcast.

I personally think this game is very cool. The graphics are very good and the game has a good setting taking place. I like how they made the characters' kinda krazy lookin'! The game is full of action and I WILL BUY IT!!!!!

Crazy Taxi was so original when it first came out, that everyone was going made over it, but now i think its wearing a bit thin. I do think that bringing this game out on Playstation 2 will give exposure to a new audience, but i think that they should of held of a bit longer and just brought out number 2 instead. Dont get me wrong i still think Crazy Taxi is a good game and i cant stop playing number 2, but i think that they are just going to be milking more money out of the Playstation 2 owners by releasing this one. If you have the cash to spare and you want something different then this would be a good choice and it will provide you will endless amounts of fun. (until number 2 comes out)

Dear Amazon.com Readers,

There is a video arcade in New York City called "Bar Code" and it was there, that I played Crazy Taxi for the first time, a while back. I can't tell you how fun I think this game is, and how much I got a kick out of driving on sidewalks and violating every traffic law there is! What a fun way to blow off some steam!

To the cynical reviewer who posted before I did, I am sure that this game will feature improved graphics and sound over the previously released title on Dreamcast. I hope that Crazy Taxi 2 is released on Playstation 2 sometime soon. Since I live in New York City, I will love being able to run people over, and show of my "road rage." I give lots of acclaim to Acclaim, and wish them much success on this game.

I do not yet have a Playstation 2 system, but this game makes buying one an extremely attractive deal.

For those wondering about the play of ths game that haven't seen it in the arcade or on the dreamcast, this game is simply addictive. While driving a taxi around doesn't sound too intriguing, this game provides lots of simple, addictive fun for a gamer of any age.

this game is very funny and cool.Just hold your joystic. Then fly with the taxi to take people to thier destination.Actually i advice evrey ont to buy it as soon as he/she can

I played this game on Dreamcast. Its great. The sequel will be out a few weeks for the Dreamcast. Im sure the PS2 will get it also. Enjoy. I did.
