Fun game!

I find this game extremely fun! Basically, you drive around, pick people up, and drop them off at their destination. But it's more than that! You can drive up ramps, go under the ocean, crash into cars and watch them do funky twists and spins if you hit them enough, and basically wreck havoc in the city! The music is pretty cool, along with plenty of places to go in the cities and four drives to choose from. There is one problem, though: there are only two cities to choose from, and only four choices to choose in the cities for time (Arcade, three minutes, five minutes, ten minutes) But don't let stop you from getting this fun game!

Bought it last night on the way home from work.. great game! Couple maps, lots of different playing options (different skill tests which are a blast). Graphics are exactly like the arcade, play is the same, and after a little confusion at the beginning I got used to the controls. Of course a steering wheel would be better, but I won't complain.

I noticed a few slowdowns when sliding into multiple cars, but the same slowdown was in the arcade, so I think it's something that'll always be present. Anyways, definately lived up to the hype, great game.

this game is really great for kids because the taxi can be managed by anyone and the time limit can be changed to show you have differnet levels.

This game is tons of fun. I originally played this game in the arcade and liked it so much I bought it. While this is not some EA sports ultra-realistic game or some first person shooter game, but still it will provide hours of fun. Plus the other great thing about this game, its cheap.

Yo, Wassup? MDawg here w/ another great review 4 ya.

At first when i rented this game, i was really excited about it. I thought it'd b great (my friend had the Dreamcast version and I'm totally hooked on it). I have to admit though, it isn't as good as i thought it would b. Sure the game is pretty good, and so is the music, but it could still use some work.

The gameplay could b a little bit longer, it isn't very fun, there's only 1 or 2 levels. But it's still o.k. So don't throw the game out the window if u play it 4 only 5min.

All in all though, the game is allright.

Don't get me wrong...I enjoyed this game. After playing it for a while though it became the same thing over and over again. Two cities are not enough. Rent it first.

I tired of this game after only a few times playing it. It's a great game for rental but I wouldn't buy it if I were you. The game gets very repetitive after only a few times playing it.

Anybody who says that this game is just a rip off, so what!? When I first played this game I loved it, but I was mad because I had Playstation 2, and didn't want to spend my money buying dreamcast. Once I heard that crazy taxi was coming for Playstation 2 I thought it was a joke. The first day this game comes out I recomend everyone who has PS2 to go buy this game. It's so fun jumping off a bridge that's opening up for a boat, and then driving under water, just to get to your destination. The best part is when people in who are riding your car want to get out. Instead of having to drop them off they just jump out of the car on to the road! This is a great game!

ok almost EVERYONE has played crazy taxi in the arcade, and everyone loves it. It's gunna be even better for the ps2. improvements such as: graphics, new characters, people aren't always gunna be in the same place, smoother, some new buildings, new music and a lot more. And guess what? if yer exited about this game fer ps2... namco has officialy announced that a soul calibur 2 shall be realesed on ps2!

If you have the Playstation2 I think you will enjoy Crazy Taxi. There is nothing like it for the PS2. Its a lot of fun. That's why I gave it 5 stars. That's what games are all about, Fun. Some games that I have bought I play a little and get tired of it fast. This one is very addictive. I feel like I've already got my money worth. I've played it so much the last few days. As you can tell I like it alot. Highly Recommended!
