Please don't buy this game my husband played it twice and both times in different areas the game just locked up. We tried getting another disc and it did the same thing halfway through and in different missions the game once more locked up. Rent it only that way you are saved from the locking up. I believe that UBI Soft put alot of bad discs on the market and yet we haven't found one that didn't lock up. RENT DON'T BUY!!!

Good concept, bad graphics

Although this game offers plenty of items to unlock (weapons, levels, etc.), the graphics of the surrounding environments are horrible. Cars and buses on the streets are terrible, bullets don't break the glass.

The sounds in this game stink too. Maybe this was a game of the year title, but this isn't 1987.

You want a great Tom Clancy game with excellent graphics and interactive surroundings, buy Splinter Cell. .....

Ghost Recon is a really good game.What I really like about the game is that you can be standing,on a knee,or flat on the ground
At first I didn't like this game then my brother kind of talked me into getting the game.This game was never at blockbuster,we would always have to go to a second blockbuster but they still didn't have it either.Finally on one day I went to blockbusterthey had it.It's really hard to find for some reason.What you should do is you should either buy the game without renting it or try the game at one of your friend's houses.So my brother and I have the game right now and it's been going pretty good with the game Ghost Recon.You all should try this game.

If you have a surround sound system with a SUB, this game will startle you! I cannot count how many times I jumped in my seat due to the realism of this game. Then there's Live. I have logged over 50 hours in this game on Live alone in less than one week. Truly amazing!

Ghost Recon has to be one of the best games out. The graphics are great. The game play is smoothe and the controlls work great. The game can be played on-line wich is another big plus. If you get bored with the missions in the game you can jump on-line and play with a bunch of other people. Th one flaw I saw is with the leaf drawiing when you walk through the trees. The leaves tend to wash out and look like flat sheets but other than that this game is great. I would highly recomend this to anyone who wants a change from the standard first person shooter.

This game is awesome,and you people rate this game at 104 it should be in the top twenty, definatly. You people rate Buffy the Vampire Slayer at 11 you sickening, Ghost Recon is a 1000
times better.

An Amazing and Engrossing Experience

Though clearly engineered with the XBox Live connection in mind, this game is phenomenal as a stand-alone as well. The sights and sounds are so realistic that it's very easy to lose yourself in the game. At one point, belly-crawling a sniper into the brush at night, I had a turtleneck pulled up over my nose and my hat pulled down close to my eyes...if I owned night-vision goggles, I would have had them on! This game is really an EXPERIENCE. Don't miss it. My only criticism of the game is that without the Live connection, it might be too short for those of us who sometimes play in 8-hour blocks. This is probably the best Xbox game I've played since HALO.
