over the summer i started playing this at first i sorta like it then when you the story it draws you in with its gripping story and awesome balance of cinematics and combat i stayed up almost every night during the summer playing this game! and since my mom worked 7 to 5 i payed it all during the day...well you know not everday i gotta play with friends

This game had the potential to be one of the greatest games ever, but they [messed] it up!! First of all the battles, in the commercials look awesome, accept in the actual game you dont really fight, you just pick the moves for your character to use, well you watch. They tried to hard to make like a movie, which in my opinion isnt a good idea anyway. Another problem is the amount of talking that goes on, and not everyone in the game speaks english so most of the time you have to read the captions which wouldnt be a big deal but this goes on for what seems like hours at a time. Seriously i rented this game and played it for 20 hrs and it wouldnt surprise me if half or over half of that time was spent reading or listening to other characters talk. I did play this for 20 hrs though and the only way i could do this was to be on the darkside, it is a lot more fun and there is a lot less talking. This game is ok and if you do it right can get addicting, but i would suggest renting it first before you spend [$$] to buy it.

I cant explain how much fun this game was! This game was so much fun and exciting from beginning to end. Dont let the fighting style fool you. It still is fun and isnt really like the Final Fantasy style. You should get this game and keep it.

KOTOR is a great new chapter in the growing Star Wars Universe. This game offers more than just killing, it gives you the chance to live as a Jedi. You solve problems, help others, determine the fate of the galaxy, and battle with the constant lure of the Dark Side. The game breaks free of the binds of Star Wars and creates a whole new story with a new history, but in the same Star Wars Universe we all know and love. The Game does take a while to get going. You are immediately thrown into action, but after that it takes a while before it seems like anything is happening. When you are able to move off of the first level the game grows into one of the most absorbing and thought provoking Star Wars games out on the market.

Now to begin 1st off I would like to say that I am not a RPG
game kinda a fella, but this game is beyond any RPG I have played before, you looking at the game of the year for 2003 without a shadow of a doubt. I purchased an XBOX just to play
this game and it was worth every penny. KOTOR is a great game Hat's off to the Peep's at Lucasart and Bioware for putting
together an AWSOME game.

Look I bought Knights Of The Old Republic cause I needed a new game but you get a lot lot more a week later It was no more not including the side missions but after my friends done borrowing it im gonna beet everything this is a great great game not worth passing up

A wonderful game. A must bye for all starwars fands and even more so for xbox owners. I think its the first good starwars role playing game. Its fun. You can get all kinds of weapons and forcepowers to.

A friend of mine showed me this game and then I bought it the next day. You can talk to any body, all characters have a voice track. Only problem is that this is sometimes too much for the processor and the X-Box freezes. This also happens sometimes during the cut sceens. Other than that, This is a cool game.
