This is going to be one of the best games of the year. It is like Morrowind, StarWars Stye. Most Starwars games are easy and pointless. This looks like a chance for the game of the year. Of course I have never played it. Sounds and probably is an awesome game. I can only say good things about this game. I am a Big Starwars fan myself but it sounds like a game every one will enjoy. On June 16 look forward to buy Starwars. Hurry, before there all gone!!!!!

KOTOR is one of the best RPGs for the xbox!

Let me start out by saying that KOTOR, Knights Of The Old Republic, is a very well-done RPG game. I reserved it and got it the first day. This game has met huge expectations and delievers... It is an amazing game, the depth of the menu system is excellent. The real-time turn-based combat system is a blast to watch, imagine seeing your team zapping their blasters and dodging enemy fire.. sweeet...
I highly recommend this game, it has an original plot, tons of characters, and even a game called pazaar, sorta like cards.
If you dont like Star Wars games b/c of well, (horrible past with some horrible games. or you just hate it altogether) it might not be the game for you. But if you like a challenging RPG with a Star Wars theme. This is heaven for you...

This game is awesome, play the first one before you get the sequel because you won't get what they are talking about unless you play the first one. This game has great graphics, awesome storyline, and is much fun no matter if you are dark side or light side, you will have fun.

This is a incredible game on many different levels. First, its a RPG that is different then the regular RPG's. Secondly, and my favorite I might add, its a Sci-Fi RPG. I've been waiting a long time for a sci-fi RPG. And last but not least, it gives the player some back ground info on the Star Wars story. I'm not a huge Star Wars fanatic, but I still thought it was really cool to see what happened in the past before the movies came out. Anyway, this game is a great buy.....

First off, I bought this game a while ago but I wasn't able to get to it as I was absorbed in Elder scrolls III morrowind(but that is another review altogether) but when I finally got tired of that other game I found that this game was almost as addictive. There are not quite as many sidequests and what not but the story is quite compelling with many surprises and plot twists. The game does a good job of combining the strong points of console rpgs like the various final fantasy games(intersting story, plot twists and fleshed out characters) and the strengths of more hardcore rpgs like morrowind by allowing you to venture off the beaten path of the main quest from time to time. The game allows you to develop your own character with his own appearence and customized attributes. Too bad your main guy has to be human. I wanted to play as a wookie. You do get a wide variety of looks for your character, although to be honest, the character models you have to choose from are not very good looking compared to the various npcs you interact with which made me slow to get into the game but once you start delving into the story you will forget how homely your character is and lose yourself in the story.

The main plot element is the choice of following the light or dark side of the force. I have played through the game as both types of characters and both games have their rewards however the darkside ending is somewhat underwhelming. But I won't spoil it for you.

Anyway, this game is terrific, I must admit I still prefer Morrowind but this game certainly deserves the kudos that it has recieved. It's too bad the last couple of Star Wars movies couldn't be this good. Oh well.

I got this game two weeks ago and it is awsome. It is also hard and i am only on the second world and will be there for a while. The graphics are really good and so is the music. If you dont like turn based games you wont like this at all but a must for star wars geeks.

Let me start by saying that I'm a big StarWars fan and I own a multitude of different StarWars games. Of all the ones I own this one is definitely the best. It's long and hard. Characters, force powers, enemies, it's all beautifully done. The story is engaging and the gameplay is very well done. And at only 20 bucks, this is a game that star wars fans simply can't pass up. Just make sure that you have alot of spare time if you're going to buy this because when you start playing you won't be able to stop. By the way, I'm really 16.

this is a good game, but to emphasize IT IS A ACTION ADVENTURE GAME.this is not for those who are looking for a dueling litsaber game.

This game is amazing. That is all there is to it. If you like Star Wars you will love this game everything from the fighting to the characters to the storyline. The Storyline is awesome...and what is better is that you can change it by going light or dark side. Light side is cool and you'll have more help but dark side powers are just fun! Get this game you will not be able to put it down. As soon as I beat it which wasn't easy I started a new game, ready to try the other side.

I am not a fan of SW or RPGs, but KOTOR is the best X-BOX game I have played.

Good
-Great Storyline
-Psychotic version of C3PO
-Great graphics
-Cool dialog
-Light/Dark side points
-Can hold two lightsabers at a time(ala Anakin in SW Episode 2)
-Challenging puzzls
-Good replayability
-sell items you don't want
-Jedi powers can be upgraded.
-Double-bladed lightsaber(ala Darth Maul)
Bad
-fighting is weak
-can't switch items bwtween party membes
-you lose all sense and track of time

This is a really cool game with some cool features. Jedi powers are pretty cool and there are a lot of them. Best played if you have no life. Best SW and RPG game yet. The story is better, cooler and more suspenseful than Episodes 1 and 2 combine.
