From bullet time to hypertime Vutieful Joe is like going to the movies. When a young man's girlfriend is taken into a movie Joe must take a next step in thire relationship and save her. This game is action packed and a greate game to recomend to a friend. THIS GAME IS CUT! CUT! CUT!

Is this that visual kei stuff I've heard about?

It's often been argued that good graphics don't make a game good. In the case of Viewtiful Joe, they may have to bend the rules. What if the look of a game was the basis of your score? Viewtiful Joe leaves the magnificent duty of stunning visuals up to the player. Everyone wants the best looking game. Do it yourself!

Best GameCube game of 2003...

I picked up a GameCube demo disc at Target for 10 bucks. The disc featured playable demos of Soul Calibur II, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut, Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg, and Viewtiful Joe. I'll just say this...Viewtiful Joe was the best. Even after playing just one level, this game rocks. It has the perfect style, awesome characters, EXTREMELY entertaining action and gameplay featuring the abilities to slow down time like the Matrix and speed up time, and very stylish cel-shaded graphics. This will make you want to play side-scrollers again. This game is sure to gain a cult-following with fans. I simply cannot wait to play the full version.

This game kicks! I defenitely reccomend it. IT is one of the best games on the Gamecube. It is hard though, so those of you with a short attention span should take warning. LIFE IS VIEWTIFUL!

When first I played this game I fell in love with it. I wish I could give this game 100,000,000,000 stars. It has cool bosses and the graphics are wonderful. You start off as Joe and you take your girlfriend , Silvia to see a movie. Silvia gets sucked up into the movie and you have to get her back. There are 7 long levels. Well that's all I can tell you. Smell ya later. Henshin a go-go baby.

This game.. Blew me away. This game has five words to describe it. BEST GAME THAT EVER EXISTED. This game had comedy, action, a god-given plot, and the best gameplay ever developed.
GRAPHICS: 10/10
Once you look at Joe you will see why he is called "Viewtiful".
The cel-shaded graphics are perfect.
SOUND/MUSIC: 9/10
The catchy music and the awesome sounds were great.
Although I do other soundtracks better.
GAMEPLAY: 10/10
Is there really anything to say other than, Henshin a Go-Go Baby!!!
REPLAY VALUE: 9/10
Viewtiful Joe is a game to be played over and over.
This game has the potential for game of the year.
OVERALL VALUE: Best Game Ever

IF there is one thing you need to learn about this game, it is that you must not hesitate to actually BUY it! It's amazing! Between the amazing cell-shaded graphics, the cool slow, mach speed, and zoom abilities, the funny cutseens, and the incredibly easy controls, once you buy this game, you will never understand why you didn't have it before! If you have some extra money laying around, or even a game that you don't even play anymore, trade it in and BUY THIS GAME NOW!
In the first levels of the game, you start out using the stylish Joe, but eventually as you save more characters, you can use them in your adventures. 4 different game modes, 4 different characters, infinite possibilites!

I first played Viewtiful Joe on a demo disk that I got, and I really enjoyed it. I bought the game once it came out and tried it out. After an hour or two of playing I felt pretty disappointed: this game is TOUGH. Even on easy mode its a challange to get through it. So I stopped playing it, and forgot about it for a while. Just recently I tried the game out again, and I cant imagine what I had been thinking. Once I started playing, I couldnt stop. I've already beaten it once, and now I'm about half way through on hard. Sure, it takes skill to beat this game, but theres a satisfaction that comes with that. If you have any interest in side-scrolling games then I can't recommend this game enough.

Viewtiful joe is an awsome experience that no gamecube owner should miss out on. Its a classic side scrolling adventure
about an average joe whos girfriend gets caught by an evil duer and gets caughtin the movies. Now Joe must use his ultra super powers to save his gf and save the movie world by using his viewtiful powers that you must buy in order to get indepth to the game. It has beautifly well done cell shaded graphics that will keep you up all night playing. I Baught the game a while ago when it came out and baught it around 4 pm and was up untill 1 am trying to beat this puzzle. It's that addictive.

The moves are super cool and makes you feel like your in the movies. It is by far the best gamecube out now untill twin snakes comes out

If you like Kickin Butt as a superhero your going to love Viewtiful Joe. If you own a gamecube or Ps2 your going to love this game. You start out as Joe the main character and go out on a date with your girlfirend sylvia however at the movies she is "sucked in" and it is up to you to save her... Use your VF powers to bend time and reality. Kick butt and save the day.
