Another Miyamoto Masterpeice.

This has to be one of the best games I have ever played. Mr.Miyamoto has created many games from Mario to Zelda, but this has to be one of his best. You can control up to one hundred Pikmin and move items, collect ship parts, and my favorite of all: Go into tense battles with GIANT creatures. This has to be one of the best strategy I've every played. For you that are thinking'"Well, I'm to old for this game," YOU ARE WRONG. Don't think that this is a baby game and you are a tough, hard-core gamer because it takes an almost expert to even make sucess in this game. I highly reccomend that you get this game. You will not regret it.

One pikmin,two pikmin,three pikmin,four!5 pikmin,6 pikmin,100 pikmin more!Looking for a game with strategy,action and little grass aliens......look no further then pikmin!I've seen many reviews on it's boring,kid game look.Well most of them are high school students!They used to love games like this.Here are things that make it not kid like and boring:
1.To hard!Going through day after day finding the space pieces and telling your pikmin what to do.No kids can do that easily
2.Walk around and you see a bad creature!You think it's a whoopdeedoo easy guy but let them watch the pikmin get eaten and die.
Thats why.We mean for younger kids,but kids ages 8 and up can play it without being scared.Don't mind that,pikmin is the greatest GC game ever,no questions asked!

Cute, But Frustrating...

This game was very challenging and at many times frustrating, especially when you end up losing all your Pikmin and don't realise it until you really need them. I am not a very patient person, and I could see that for many people, this game could be very frustrating and annoying. Overall, though, it was very cute, but not fun enough to buy.

I cannot wait for the sequel of this game to come out on Oct. 26. This game is positivley the best game Ive ever played. The graphics are stunning and the wild gameplay makes you feel giddy, even if you played the game 49 times. This game is great but I liked He-Man: Savior of the Universe better.

Pikmin=Frustrating!

After looking at a whole bunch of customer reviews, Pikmin sounded like a really fun game, so I got it. However, I was VERY mistaken. At first, Pikmin is a fun and addictive game, but after a while I found there to be no appeal in the game. The game has some VERY serious flaws. First, the days are too short, and until you are very experienced, you can hardly do anything in a day. Second, when you are learning to play, you keep forgetting which button does what and how to move the camera. It can be very frustrating when you release all your Pikmin instead of throwing one. I would like to emphasize the poor camera controls. Also, there is no replayability, as beating the game takes out all the appeal- that is, if you can even like the game well enough to finish it. The game isn't fun at all, and is very frustrating. Customers, I urge you, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! It is a total waste of money. At least rent the game before you buy it.

I USUALLY DONT LIKE STRTEGY GAMES IN FACT THIS GAME ONLY CAUGHT MY EYE ABOUT A MONTH AGO. IT LOOKED REALLY BORING BUT I STARTED READING THE MAGAZINE AND SAID "I HAVE TO GET THIS FOR MY GCN". WHEN I GOT IT IT WAS SO MUCH FUN ATTACKING ENEMIES ,GETTING NECTER, AND RAISING THE PIKMIN. WHEN I BEAT THE GAME I DIDN'T WANT IT TO STOP THEN I SAW THE CHALENGE MODE IT SO MUCH FUN TRYING TO RAISE SO MANY PIKMIN IN ONE DAY AND THERES SO MANY LEVELS I THINK PIKMIN IS THE #2ND BEST GAME FOR GCN. SO U SHOULD GET IT NOW!

I find this game hard and a little frustrating. You have a time limit of 30 days each day is fifteen min to find 30 peices of your broken space ship in five levels with the help of pikmin.

Pikmin is a fun game if you like Strategy, Action, Adventure, etc games. Heres the deal, your a space traveler names Captian Olimar that was on vacation and was hit by a meteor. He crash lands on a planet and has to find 30 ship parts before he runs out of air. You only get 30 days (each is about 15 minutes(accept the first)). But you find an "Onion" which is the pikmin's nest thing. The small pikmin help you fight enemies and get your ship back to 1 piece. Its a very good game however it ends kinda quick. But hey all get games have to have some downsides. If your not sure rent it first

Well, I purchased this game for my 12 year old son. He wanted me to try the game, and, even though I'm awful at video games, I became addicted. I played the game, off and on, for three days and "finally" managed to beat the final character and get the final part back to the ship before time ran out. I have NEVER beaten a video game in my life and I was totally excited. The game requires strategic planning and thinking ahead! The last character is very difficult to beat given the set time limit, however, it can be done. Pro gamers may find the last character easier to beat. The game is fun for children and adults, and we are anxiously awaiting a follow-up game. We are also hoping there are some "hidden" secrets in the game. The graphics are awesome; mastering the 'camera' angle is tough at times. This is a great game for parents to play with their children, especially those parents who are not avid gammers - you will enjoy the game and the time with your children. I recommend this game!

This game challanged me at first but I got over the fact that it is timed game and other than that, the game is very sweet. You do have more than enough time to win. This a great game that shows off the graphics of the system very well. The game plot is simple enough for kids to get yet the gameplay provides challanges for "older kids".
