This game can either be a "search for all you can find and get to know as many fish as possible" or it can be "just swimming around relaxing" kind of game. I like the fact that you can choose. The images are wonderful and the information accurate. Great for kids and grown-ups alike!

It SUCKS !

I bought it , because of the positive reviews. For a little kid it might be fun to feed the fish , to "walk" with the fish ad things like that. I wish I had a harpoon...the graphics are simply AWFUL . As I said, if you have a 5 y. old kid , it might work , but for an adult IT SO BORING , you will fall asleep and have nightmares about the money wasted.

Easy Fun

Was not sure how this title would do in holding the interest of a 7 and 11 year old. Was pleasantly surprised to see that they enjoyed it thoroughly. My daughter does not like high pressure games and son sometimes has "anger management" issues with games. This game was good for both of them. There is no pressure to perform within a time limit. Just simple relaxing fun completing missions or just swimming around looking at fish.

Dive into this collection of underwater experiences that has not been explored into the realms of curiosity!Drifts of underwater
barriers of the deepest of the deep seas.A passage to a valley of the abyss where the eeriness lurks!Evoking the visions of taking a journey through a dark vast ocean full of suspense, and occassional groovin bliss. Liquid Abyss

Mellow game, something to kick back and play after a long day.

I recently purchased Endless Ocean and I'm having a blast with it. It is incredibly relaxing and the kind of game you can get lost in. Time flies by when you're diving, discovering new creatures, and exploring new caves. If you go in thinking you're in for an action-packed experience Endless Ocean will disappoint you. But if you take the game for what it is, it's quite an experience.

The camera can get a little wonky at times but the more you play the more you'll understand how it works. The graphics under water are quite good but above water they are sub-par. You can't just go wherever you want. There's a "dive area around you boat you have to stay in. You can move the boat wherever you want but the "dive area" can be restricting.

I highly recommend Endless Ocean, especially because it's being priced so low. You'll enjoy this game if you play it for what it is.

Definitly Endless Ocean

If u like Marine Life and are into the ocean. Then i would suggest to play this title. its a very laid back, calm game. with lots of little twists and turns to do. You can play your own music while exploring the ocean deep! Simple controls, so u can just grab and go!

Wonderful, relaxing and educational.

Well, I have to say, who would have thought it. A game that can relax, unwind and take your tensions away. The graphics are good, but not amazing. This is the one downfall to the Wii. A game like this deserves to be in HD. Sitting on the deck and looking into the ocean is so relaxing too.

We've been diving for almost 2 hours now and haven't even scratched the surface of the ocean. Don't forget, the map is surface area, not down and in the ocean.

The only other thing the developers missed the boat on (no pun intended) was creating a screensaver function for the Wii! How do you make a diving game and not have a screen saver option! Yes, you could leave your diver in the water until the oxygen runs out, but that's just not the same as a screen saver.

So turn off all of the lights, fire up the Wii and prepare to be relaxed to the max!

We absolutely LOVE this game - highly addictive

I bought this game yesterday and my 8 yo son and I are completely addicted.

It's fun, relaxing and educational - can't do better than that!

What is funny is how excited we get when we "find" a new animal. When I first saw a humpback whale in the game you'd have thought there was suddenly a REAL whale in our living from from the level of surprise and excitment.

fun to play, beautiful to watch, and you are never quite sure what is around each corner.

Unique and impressive

Nintendo's Endless Ocean is by far one of the most unique and original games to hit the Wii yet, with its often mesmerizing presentation and even more unique gameplay. You play a deep sea diver exploring under the sea around the fictitious island of Manoa Lai, and that's pretty much all you need to know. All you basically do is explore the massive environments and interact with the sea-life, which provides for a soothing and even more surprisingly fun experience. The games graphics are gorgeous underwater, with some just plain brilliant lighting effects and textures. The graphics department gets a bit of a different story though in the game's segments that take place above the sea, but this isn't that much of an issue. It should be noted though that Endless Ocean isn't a game for everyone. The game's slow pace may be a turn off for some, and occasionally the Wii-mote controls don't always work the best way they should when pointing at the screen, but regardless there is much to admire here. Also with the ability to incorporate your own MP3 music soundtrack via an SD card (in case the game's soothing score doesn't suit you), Endless Ocean is an impressive effort. All in all, Endless Ocean is one of the most unique, impressive, and enjoyable games to hit the Wii yet, and is more than worth picking up for Wii owners looking for a great, original title that is worth every penny of its price tag.

A well developed adventure game, where you'll learn infinite things from the ocean without getting wet. Whether you are a diver or not, this is a very good diving expierience.
Gameplay not only includes diving, but also has adventure, a little of RPG, learning stuff and much more.
