Greatest RPG Ever. Hundreds of hours of gameply. Each time you play is a unique experience. It does not get any better than this!!!!! If your game freezes a lot try an Xbox with a SAMSUNG drive. (Samsung best, Phillips decent, Tomson sucks).

Love the game very much.I've even played the game four times differently to see how things go????? The game froze on me countless times.Got another xbox to try to solve the problem and three new morrowind games but that didnt work.Why does the game freeze?Please answer me back.Also Pirates of the Carribeans freezes,too.I bought the morrowind goty today and not one hour later the game freezes again while training one of my skills.My favorite game with one big problem!So sadddddddddd

What the hell is everyone thinking NOT reviewing this. This game should have a tally that rivals even Braveheart. This is a classic game with revolutionary graphics and a new RPG experience. Anyone who isn't a complete jacka** will go out and purchase it straight away. This adds 80+ hrs to the original gmAe plus u dont even need the original game to play this beacuse this is a game on its own! So dont be discouraged to buy this!

For the price, this is an outstanding value. The box description states that there are 100+ hours of gameplay in Morrowind - this is certainly an understatement. If you have played Morrowind before and can import a character or rush through everything, it may be possible to get a lot done in 100 hours. But for new players this will be an ongoing adventure for a long, long time! You'll definitely be tempted to play through with different character races and jobs, multiplying the amount of gameplay.

Character development is complex and you have plenty of options. In fact, you may find yourself taking on a whole series of side quests and end up developing in ways that have nothing to do with your primary "career" description! Skill development remains fairly balanced throughout the game in that at first it's difficult to increase in a given skill, but as your training improves you must use the skill more often to see gains. Overall, your level has less to do with your abilities than it does as a cap to your training in dozens of individual skills.

Environmentally, very little is laid out for you to see, so you'll be motivated to explore thoroughly. There's plenty to find which isn't on the map. As you take on more advanced jobs, you'll find yourself having to get by more and more on your own as you build a name for yourself.

The main downside to the game is the graphics, which are adequate but not stunning. This is easily overlooked if technical gameplay is your thing.

morrowind is cool you can totally be in control of your players life at first you are kind of weak but soon you get to kill anything you like. there are many different races to chose from I suggest orc because when your in berserk your unstopable. the main story is hard to stick to but the guilds are kool. everyone thinks the thieves guild is sweet but its not. the fighters guild is the way to go.you get different spells and rings. Spells take your magic but ring have energy of their own.

Its hard not to go to jail. When I got the ring of fireball I wanted to see what it did I accidently hit three people and went to jail. There are also enchanted weapons like cloud cleaver and steel staff of fire. one of the problems is that it is sometimes hard to hit stuff, but the berserk that an orc has makes every swing a hit.

There are many MANY different monsters from getting ambushed by nixhounds to snuck up on by endless rats i havent run into a monster that really lethal but the hardest one so far has been the breeding netch.

there are alot of sidequests I found two men tha thad been foiled by a witch. and another girl where her husband ditched her. Morrowind has plenty to do and is a must have game.

This is definately a pivotal point in the series as it goes more indepth in the 3D Graphics. The ending of the Main game was phenominal and the expansion packs are just as good. You will definately not regret buying this game.

Almost Greatest RPG Ever

This game is not a pure RPG, However after a while you forget about that. There is tons of character building and leveling up. The action parts are very simple. But you still have to use your head. The most confusing thing about the game is that you can do anything you want, but after you get into it the best thing is that you can do anything you want.

well first off let me tell u how awsome the game is. u can become a theif,werewolf,vampire,assassin,a killer,magicain and i probebley could keep on about the classe's but u probebly have something else to do.

Pro's:
u can do anything u want.
good graphics for how big the envirorment is.
a solid 300 hour's of gameplay.
magician magic is great.
great replay value if u ever want to start over or if u ever finish the game.

Con's:
tend to get lost
missions get tedious
need to spend $20.00 on a strategy guide
sometimes u may steal something by axedent
but hey if this game is this big it won't be perfect.

i hope u go out and buy the elder scrolls 3:Morrowind game of the year edition and the strategy guide.
oh yah i found my strategy guide at gamestop at fox run mall

if you need to get away from life as we know it to a wourld of peace or death play this game. this is the best rpg iv ever played far better then ff10,2 and hears a tip bolmara is a grate city but aldrunn is better thats curently were my home is yes i actully have a house in the game its got tones of stuff in it and its a good place to lunge around in its a big home and i like that. any way hey 11-year old gamer i think u and i should be friends weve both got great tips on great games unlike u thoug i take this stuuf seroulsly look at halos review from me, anyhow here is another tip if u need to buy or sell something go to suran not vivec i absolutly hate vivec if even wanted dead there but the ordanators cant catch marcus my redgaurd 6 level assasian born under the thief and dont pick y when chosing classes cuse cances are youll end up a rouge no prblem
