Considering that it is a not so recent game, the graphics are amazing. Not only that but the game play is incredible. It may be difficult but it is realistic and fun. I personally enjoyed this much more than Castle Wolfenstein. The game has great sounds and music. The introduction music is great and so are the credits. I don't want to go full details on this game since it is a waste of time. But if you are willing to lose ... then this game is the choice you should make.
Lacking a few elements

First of all, the game is fun to play. It's fairly exciting and the array of environments cant be beat. Like others have said this game is comparable to RTC Wolfenstein, except with worse graphics. The biggest problem with the game is they try to make it as realistic as possible, but forgot that when a granade goes off between your legs, a body becomes "bodies". There is no blood, and a wounded person is only wounded for a few seconds. The editorial review pretty much says it all. If you want a more realistic feel go with Operation: Flashpoint, if you want a little more sci-fi and better graphics go with RTCWolfenstein. Overall this game is worth the money, but only if you have the ones i've already mentioned.
Best WWII Sim EVER!!!! (excluding flying ;)

This game is by Far the best Troop sim I've ever played! The game uses the Quake III engine, (Don't we all just love Quake III?)so you know what to expect graphically, The Graphics are a bit better than Quake III sharper mostly, pair it with a decent video card, with a hunk of ram, and a bit of cpu speed, turn the the graphics up, and you have a very real looking Game. The controls are a bit hard to learn, but the build in tutorial helps a lot, once you get used to the controls, It's easy to see why they were picked.
The Gameplay is very fun, challenging, and takes a while to master, it always keeps you on the edge of your seat.. The levels are challenging, require a bit of thinking, Ducking, and overall you need to plan quite a bit.
If you can only have one game, this is the best game I've ever played!
And why isn't this Number one on Amazon?

Oh My God! This game should have been rated at Number one seeing that the Multiplayer as well as the game is Awesome. But to truly appreciate the game DSL as well as system requirements would help. The Game is awesome as the graphics as well as sound and realism from Germans sniping to Machine gun fire and Axis speaking German this game overall as you can see rates five stars. The Multiplayer is also a good way to play as you can do objective missions like Omaha Beach where you can either play as Axis or Allies. As Axis you have to defend your post and Allies of course take it over. I have always been a fan of Medal of Honor series and will continue as long as EA keeps making great games as this one. I am an online player so the maps and weapons as well as the fact that you cannot mod yourself to fly or other cheats, which I must say the makers of "Red Faction" lack in, work fine with me and also in Multiplayer the fact that the realism comes into play is also good. It takes about a round of well placed shots to take you down not like the game where you can take 50 shots before you even go down. Overall the Multiplayer and Game itself is an awesome package for anyone that is into online game playing.
Don't buy it

this game hearkens back to Windows 95 - it really is sort of crude, especially after playing Call of Duty 2. I'm trying to find something of that caliber (no pun intended) but have not been successful.
One of the best FPS games I've playe in a long time

This games has the best graphics of any PC game that I have seen!!! The frame rate could use a bit of work, and my PC is 1.8 ghz w/ 256 RAM! It has from 500 pixels to 1000 some, i cant remember, but the only thing bad about it is the frame rate in some places. It takes a few shots to kill soem Nazis, so that makes it realistic, and the AI (artificial intellegence) is nice, and the have soem really good guns. the scilenced pistol and the sniper rifle for one, and you can carry many weapons, overall, it is well worth the money.
Great war

I bought this game when it first came out and my poor old HP computer could barely handle it. I was amazed at the graphics at the time and loved the audio. Omaha Beach was intense!
I was on a Battlefield 2 binge and decided since I was in FPS mode I'd load up good ol' MoH. At first I thought it wouldn't even install since Vista is loaded on my computer. But it installed and played without a hitch which made me giddy!
As I started playing it on the hardest mode, I felt my old childish gaming feelings rising. I was DYING. These weren't live people on the other end of a toon shooting at me, these were computer run programs designed to shoot at me and I was DYING. As I continuously died, I started blurting out expletives. Then I'd pause the game and wonder where that particular word had come from. I'd continue playing and die again and another expletive would explode from my mouth.
I soon realized that I have been playing online games for about 5-6 years now and am used to a human opponent killing me. I got used to it and realized that humans are pretty smart and that no matter how good I think I am, there's always somebody better. But coming back to a straight, storyline, FPS game and getting shot up by computer AI was unacceptable.
Do you ever remember a specific movie from the past that you absolutely loved and still say you love today even though you haven't seen it since the mid-80s? And then you find the movie on video or DVD, buy it, watch it, and say to yourself..."Hey, this is kind of goofy. Why did I like this so much?" It's called the test of time. MoH was ground-breaking in its day and certainly was fun to play. But now, compared against even the classic Battlefield 1942, it is archaic in its simplicity both graphic and playability wise. That doesn't mean it isn't challenging and fun, but you can see the limitations it has compared to where technology is today. Kind of like going back and playing Pac-Man.
Anyhoo, after fighting my way from Africa, to the beaches of Normandy, to the Bocage, and beyond, I eventually beat MoH...again. After my final victory I quickly went into the bathroom and washed my mouth out with soap. I then dressed nice and walked over to my neighbors homes and apologized in person for the loud, obnoxious, and obscene houseguest that was staying with me during that time.
