The Best game on the Playstation 2!

I LOVE THIS GAME. Mixing Disney and Final Fantasy was a great idea.
The Music is fanominous! i loved it!
The worlds are creativaly made, and so are the characters!
the grafics are wonderful.
and this game is chalanging, it doesn't always tell you where to go and what to do, it lets YOU EXPLORE the world around you! ((unlike Kingdom Hearts 2, which tells you everything!))
and it only has a few sinomatics in each world, UNLIKE Kingdom Hearts 2 which has a billion.
all in all, this game is 100 percent better than it's sequal.
get it if you like a chalange and RPG's.

So what if it's Disney it is still is a very fun game . Sora is a 14 year old boy and lives on Destiny Islands with his frends Kairi and Riku. Along the way he meets Donald and Goofy and together they search for Sora's missing friends and their missing king. Kingdom Hearts is the best game I have ever played.

Well...I finally broke down. KH got heavily recommended to me by a very very very good friend of mine, so I figured, "Why not? It's an RPG, my favorite genre. It's gotta be good."

Ha ha, I was spanking wrong. Kingdom Hearts is best described in one word: s'okay. Not heniously bad, but far from good. If you've played other RPGs in the past, this game will offer NO challenge and the storyline will NOT leave you in suspense.
Fighting system is comprised of mashing "x" and maybe dodging.
Storyline is poor and very predictable. If you try searching for depth in any of the dialouge or within the story itself, you won't find it. Everything is on the surface.
Most of your playtime will be leveling up, which is very, VERY dull and repetitive.
As stated before, there's nothing hard about this game. I died a total of ZERO times. I'm still wondering what the game over screen looks like. If you get stuck on a boss, you either suck or just need to level up.
Donald and Goofy tend to get in the way a lot.
Graphics ain't that great. It was released a year after Final Fantasy X and the cutscenes in KH can't even compare.
As far as optional or unlockable parts of the game, you only have the dalmations and the colliseum. Yawn. Maybe throw in some worlds you can unlock with optional bosses and better equipment you wouldn't get, otherwise, and make the gaming experience somewhat ENJOYABLE.
The entire game is catered to a young, sophmoric, novice audience. The only people I would recommend this game to are ten year olds that have never played another game in their life. They may achieve some satifaction from it. Few else will.

And, just as a warning:

Final Fantasy fans, if you see this game, look at it and JUST SAY NO!!!! The use of FF characters is completely random and moronic. They're tossed into the game for no apparent reason, divorced of their original backstory from their respective games and get turned into useless fighters.
Fourteen year old Sora, with his scary KEY, can beat Cloud {who is wearing another character from VII, Vincent's, clothing}, who carries a sword that probably weighs more than Sora squared and could slice metal in half.
Right. Ok.

All in all, this game is meant for the young and poor gamers. Fin.

I have played this game, and this game is HORRIBLE! The graphics are ok, the camera angle [stinks], music is horribe with all the little pop noises and stuff, and the worst of all.......IT HAS DISNEY CHARACTERS IN IT!! This game seems to be like something for Squaresoft to keep onto the shelves with. The so-called battle system hs been used before, as in DEVIL MAY CRY (2)(even though the system uses three characters in this game, and one to control in DMC), and some more games, and the story-line is totally bogus. As well, they run out of inventive or unique characters, so they throw in characters from the FF games. This game is a disaster.

I read the reviews before I bought this game and my hopes were high but after playing it I was disappointed
The graphics are great but the gameplay and camera angles are frustrating. There is a lack of flow when playing this game.
The controls are tedious and the goals are not clear. Having to "talk" to everything that gets a circle around it is boring.

Basically, everything square about this game is good. It has a good progression speed (almost too fast, actually), easy controls, it's non-repetitive, it has a good battle system...

but other than that...
AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! too much disney!!!!!

no1 curses, no1 dies, everything has a mickey mouse symbol on it, the characters r too ...soft...

and the voice actors? david gallagher! lance bass! mandy ... moore!!!!!!it's insane!!! and the plot... quite frankly it [is boring].

Did I mention the summons? bambi! dumbo! ...

since i'm supposed 2 rate this on its fun factor... well its a great game, but the disney always interferes w/it. the square part is 5 of 5, but disney gives it, like, -10. so i'll be nice and give it a 2.

...!

did i mention the hilariously long, boring, unskippable cutscenes?

i was sure that a disney game would be entertaining, but it drags on slowly, especially the tarzan level. also,the music is extremely annoying and you can't turn it off. this game is also difficult and hard to control. if you are easily frustrated maybe this game isn't for you. this isn't a laid-back, enjoyable game like expected.

This game is one of my two fovorite games.I personally think everything about it was perfect!!!Its a wonderful combination of characters Disney and FF!!!I really love how square made the attitudes of every single character fit together!!!Anyway the game starts off with a song and Sora falling into the water [Sora is the main character]!!!Anyway sora finds three weapons
[1]sword
[2]staff
[3]shield
If you choose the sword later on in the game youll have more attack power!!!
If you choose the shield later on in the game youll have more defense power!!!
If you choose the staff later on in the game youll have more magic power!!!
Anyway you keep going along some dream road thing until you get to a door a mysterious voice and evil black creatures called the Heartless [you learn that later on in the game]!!!
Anyway after you kill the Heartless you find yourself on destiny island where you see some FF farmialur faces Tidus Wakka and Selphie!!! Anyway they ask you some boring questions and after you answer them ta daaa!!! Youre sent back to the middle of nowhere!!! After that you battle a giant Heartless called Darkside!!! After you kill him you learn its just a dream!!!
Youre girlfriend Kairi wakes you up!!! Well for the next 60 mins youll be doing boring stuff the only thing interesting is learning about his relationship with Riku his best friend and Kairi his girlfriend!!! Well it gets really interesting when Darkside comes to your island!!! anyway im not going to spoil no more for you!!! Oh yeah Sora becomes really good friends With Donald duck!!! and
Goofy!!!

This game is great. When you play it you enter a world of ENTERTAINMENT!

If you're by any means a seroius gamer, this is definitely a big waste of your time. I'm not quite sure whether it's rated "M" or "T", but it's a silly game, based on characters from other games and the whole thing doesn't make much sense.
