I love this game, and love the fact it's longer than most platform games. Also, in response to the post that (the game) is 'trying to be like Ratchet and Clank': Ratchet and Clank uses the gaming engine from Naughty Dog (author of Crash Bandicoot and Jak games) and Cerny Games, not the other way around.

Awsome game. It is fun, challenging, and long (some games I can beat in a day, Jak II has many missions and levels and takes a while to get to the end). At times it can get frustrating but after a little while I managed to beat the missions. Jak II is by far my favorite of the Jak series.

The Boys are back and better than ever in this all new,action-packed game from Naughty Dog!Jak 2 ROCKS!If you don't have it,go get it!Even the entro had me hanging on the eage of my seat,as Jak,Daxter,Keira and Samos are sucked into a rift.A horribile,well,Thing comes out of it and declares that the world is his.
Next thing you know,Jak has Dark eco powers and is hell bent on revenge.He is no longer the silent,inocent boy we knew in Sand over village.Daxter,on the other hand,is still as funny,bossy,and strange as ever!It seems he has even more antics up his sleeve!
With that,the two set off on a adventure of a life time.Filled to the brim with Krimsen Guards,Haven city is a play ground.Watch your back!
I don't want to give the whole game away,but I will say this:When you buy this game,you get what you pay for!

This game doesn't match the bite with the bark. The graphics in this game are certainly not up to par. The gameplay is good and the controls are fine. The game is not all that fun to play. Time for them to move on. Typical platforming.
What is this crap? Grand Theft Auto??

I got this for my cousin who was obbessed with the 1st 1. He loved the 1st one!But the 2nd one was horrible and DARK!Now all he does is go around and sqeal everytime he sees my boyfriend, Jack.He thinks he's Jak from Jak II because he has a goatee and his name is Jack. By the way this gets worse, my name is Ashlin. Poor ,little fellow. I will never ever buy this game again! You should put a warning label saying kids will run around in fear after playing this game.This is the scary part our family has a pet ferret! creepy huh?

Jak 2 is one of the worst games i've played in years! With unfair levels, difficult situations (like I.E. You agaist and Amry with one gun with only 50 bullets)and frustrating mini games , like keep up with the old lady you have 1 second per symbol. I spend more time yelling than enjoying the game. I sugest if your a fan of theof Jak 1 don't getthis game. Jak acts more like a criminal than a hero. All i can say is that this game is not worth the money. DON'T GET JAK 2!

Target can't ship this game to Hawaii????? What's with that?
I'll buy it from another company that understands that I am an American and Hawaii as well as Alaska is part of America. What's wrong with Target?? Are they isolationist?
