This game rocked. It's for any DBZ lover. With all the charcters I cant wait for the second one to come out. Nothing but pure fun plus whiele you beat the game you see scenes from some epsoides. It's like 2 in 1! So what are you waiting for Gey off your behind and get it For you people who think this stuff is only for boys. Shame it's for everyone.

WAIT FOR THE SECOND dragonball z budokai 2 comes out 12/03 thats in december for all you who are not the sharpest tools in the shed well i am off so buy the second one not the first the first sucks compared to this!!!!

I saw this game in Gamepro magazine and it left me speechless. This game will definintly change the face of fighting games. It has crisp graphics and great story and multiplayer modes. This is a game to buy..............Duh, thats what ive said this entire review. So what are you doing repeat myself over and over when every word you read, another copy goes off the shelves and leaves you one chance left at this game. This will be the game of the year. Instead of you having to choose the characters before you battle,(well you still have to)but what I mean is that instead of starting out as a super saiyan, you can do that when ever you fell like it. There will be 23 playable characters, 6 game modes, and nine battle grounds.The graphics are awesome especially the energy blasts they do. If your a DBZ fan, this is the game for you. The game comes out at December 6,2002 so be ready to stand in line.

Based on what I heard about this game it seems like a must buy game.I mean it is one of the first that can be seen in a telivision screen.Oh come on DBZ fanz of coarse "Legacy of Goku" was great and all but it's short and you can only see it through a small screen. You must try Budokai for the fun of it.I haven't tried it yet but it looks great.You don't even have to buy it but at least rent it.

dude this is like the coolest game. my friend tells me all about it. i also watch a movie about it online at dragonballz.com then you click "enter site" then you look under the picture and click that then click on budokai then look under that pic. and click 3.9mb. its the coolest movie. this game is really awesome. hope you like this review.

This game rocks!!! My dad even enjoys it we battle all the time!!!
Its like one of those mortal kombat style games where you fight side to side but you can do much more. Their moves, etc.
You can be like every character they show on tv from raditz to cell except for the saibamen and nappa and some of the ginyu force. I am gonna get budokai II
fun but boring after you beat it!

Ya go through story mode,training, edit skills, then legend of Hercule. In this mode you'll go through three storys in story mode- Sayian, Nameck and Android. If you've seen the show' you'll know what the chapters are. If not, buy the game. (or rent)

This game is better than any other of the dragon ball z games. The fighting style is great and easier to control your character. There is all your favorite characters from the T.V. Show "Dragonball Z". If you are a dragonball Z fan, this game is definetly for you.
