Works Great on Windows Me

This is the one and only game I have ever written a review about. I thoroughly enjoyed playing this one. I really feel the graphics are probably the best I have seen on a first person action game. The backgrounds are incredible and the players are very detailed. All in all I love it.

You got to have it!

This game has everything an FPS gamer would ever want. Extremly good AI, strategic spots on nearly every map, cool weapons and much more! The GOTY edition gives you 70 maps, motion capture.... blah blah.. SEE FOR YOURSELF! Buy this game right away! It's a TOTAL gaming experience.

WOW!! This is one of the best 3D shooters I've EVER played!! The blood, the gameplay, the weapons, the music... Almost everything about this games is cool. Aside from the biosludge rifle which sucks, the weapons are really cool. Nothing better than sniping on an unsuspecting attacker in an assault game, or blowing somebody to bits before your very eyes. The graphics are amazing too, even on low/medium detail and resolution settings they still blow you away. The variety of games and levels never ceases, and the variety in skill, tactics and less importantly looks of your opponents always changes.

The different games are: Deathmatch - what is says on the tin. Be the first person to get 30 frags, or get the most amount of frags in a set time. The only non-team game.

Domination - good although my least favourite. The idea is to take over as many control points as possible and when they are under your control you get points. But so does the enemy...

Capture The Flag - surely you know what this is! Get your opponents flag back to yours before they do the same to you.

Assault - A more detailed team game that requires more tactics than the others. You have to complete a set of objectives while your opponents try to stop you and after you've done, you stop your opponents from doing the same thing. Each level is different so you'll have to wait and see!

Of course, it's not quite as good as the real thing, but if you're like me then you can't afford to be on the internet playing games all the time then this is an essential addition to your collection. Highly recommended.

I find unreal tournament one of the best of the games where you go around shooting people (my specialty). I think its a game that if someone does not like should play it more cause its a game nobody can hate thats how good it is... If you have any questions about the game you can ask me becasue I have beaten it. I am also glad to give out any cheats I have... For those who wish to contact me email me at ... (Dont ask)

DO not waste your money on any other game-get unreal tournament.You will need to be pryed away from the keyboard it is so addicting-

The only reason not to buy this game is if you already have Unreal Tournament. If you do, then you can just download the Mod packs that come with this one. The graphics are more than impressive. If you are thinking of buying a first-person shooter and can't decide which one, this is the one that you need to buy.

System Incombatibility.

I use a 650 mHz Duron with a Rage 128 video card. I used Win 98 second edition. I found that Unreal Tournament & G.O.T.Y.E. crashed my system when I played. I contacted the help section on the IRC server. No help there. It still runs half the time so I know it isn't all the way bad. If anyone can help me, then please do. I suggest that unless you know that it will be compatible with your systems settings to not waste the cash. The game is great other than that. The graphics are great. Internet Gameplay is definatly the best part. I like the CTF. It is Deathmatch with a little bit more, you have to get a flag also. The other modes are fun also. I have long been a fan of the demo, so when I heard about the NEW, IMPROVED version, I ran out and bought it. The main drive behind my purchase was a new mod called Tactical Ops, a real-world, Rainbow-6-esque game. I was bitterly dissapointed when this was not included in the package. In addition, the new Chaos mod (with more brutal weapons, ricocheting bullets, etc.) has a couple annoying bugs; i.e., you will come across bots sitting in one place, swinging swords at each other with neither taking damage. However, this is still a fine game in its own right. The Chaos mod is great fun regardless, and the new Rocket Arena is one-on-one fun. If you still don't have Unreal Tournament, I highly reccomend this game

UT is good itself, but Tac Ops and other mods make it good. It has better online play than other 1st person shooters, but is really bad on a dial-up connection. If you want better graphics ar more gore, get Soldier of Fortune instead, but it is decent.
