This is the best and most unique rpg i have ever played!!!!!!!!!!! The coolest thing(but sometimes frustrating) was the additional system, allowing you to get extra hits. Then, if you completed a certain amount, you got a new one that is more powerful. Of course, this takes a long time to master. Also, the idea of transforming into dragoons was awesome. One of the only problems i found was your limited item space. You can only carry 32 items, even if they are all the same! But don't let this get you down. LOD was even better than FFVII!

All I can say is all you guys who have seen this game and passed it buy are fools. This is the best RPG game for the Playstation console (No offense to Final Fantasy Fans cuz I Love the games too). Anyway this four disc games is nothing Less than spectacular and every minute of it is enjoyable and is worth every penny.

I would have to say that this is the BEST game for playstation ever(excluding FF7, of course). The storyline is fantastic, the characters are cool, and each time you think that you have everything figured out, it does a 180 and goes the other way.
if I could, I would give it 7 stars. ;)

The legend of dragoon is Better than FF 7 and 8 combined

This IS an FF killer. I am a new RPG gamer. I have FF7-8 and 10. I also have the legend of dragoon. And I think that the game is the best RPG that i have. It has amazing graphics for playstation. It is a really long game spanning across 4 discs. It is very fun. The story line is good. Right now i am in the middle of the second disk. I think the game is fantastic so far. If you liked Final Fantasy 8 and 9. You will love this game. Here are my Ratings.

FUN: 10-10

GRAPHICS 10-10
STORY 8-10
SOUND 9-10
OVERALL 9 and a half-10
BUY THIS GAME,, Bye for now, i'm off to play the legend of dragoon.

This was an amazing game!! The story-line was complex and engrossing, the characters were well developed, the plot had unexpected twists and turns, and the attack sequences that you had to master were both challenging and fun!! I would recommend this game to both long-time RPG fans and those just starting out. It takes a while to play through all four discs but it is WELL WORTH IT!!

This is a great game, I cannot find anything to complain about this game. I liked the characters, the graphics, the voice acting, the battle system, and the spells your characters cast are wicked! If you like rpgs you won't be disappointed I can promise you that. This game is compared to Final Fantasy a lot, I'm guessing because of the graphics but this game holds a league all it's own. In my opinon this game is unique and leaves the gamer feeling satisfied after playing it and hell it's alot of fun, and that's why we play games... right? I bought this game without even hearing about it... Yeah call me stupid I know that's a a no no but from the time I put the cd into my playstation to the time I whooped the last boss... I found myself constantly entertained playing if on the phone I would ignore people talking to me and drift into the land of Dragoons... Yeah... Anyway great game FRIGGIN BUY IT!

If you love fantasy games, then this is the one for you! This game has great graphics and game play. You learn to like all the characters so it's VERY hard to choose which one is your favorite. I've played this game over and over again, and I still can't get enough of it. I highly recommend for YOU ,yes you, to get this game ASAP! You don't know what your missing out on!!!

this is the best game ever. the graphics are awesome and the story is the best ive seen, better than all of the final fantasies! this is not a beginner rpg because the bosses are extremely difficult and the combos sometimes take a long time to learn. this game is perfect for any rpg fan and it comes highly reccmonded from everyone that i know that has it. if you havent already, just buy it!

when I first saw the game I thought it would be cool so I picked it up and brought it home. When you start playing the game there is a brief scene where dart is introduced and the game is pretty fun but the graphics are a little out of date battling comes up alot you can obtain different characters and become stronger transform etc... overall
