FFX .... Nothing New.

With the release of Final Fantasy X I have to say I wasnt expecting much because I don't like any other Final Fantasy games, but this one isnt that bad. The graphics are top-notch. The story ... well it could be better, but it is somewhat interesting. The gameplay is the same as EVERY OTHER Final Fantasy game which is the bad thing here. Maybe with Final Fantasy XI being multi-platform and online Circlesoft could do better. If your looking for a really good game check out Phantasy Star Online.

Final Fantasy X is by far the biggest abomination to any game series. Sure, it has okay graphics, but they aren't even spectacular. SquareSoft decided to throw away the G in RPG for this one, as there are about 10 battles total, each of which is easier than the last; and the first one is beatable in 10 seconds.

FFX IS THE BEST GAME EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think FFX is the best game ever!!!! It is fun,has a good story, and has great charaters. The sphere grid is great,and Yuna is very pretty,I think she is a role model for all girls like me!!!! WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY IS FFX IS THE BEST GAME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the finest games to be released this season, it is a must buy for anyone who owns a PS2. Also, It is the only descent RPG on the PS2 to date, and the Final Fantasy title is a sign of exellence, and is not going to let down consumers this time around.

Good story line and powers for each player. Really enjoyed how the plot unfolded. Nice choice of weapons.

Turn based kinda slows the game down some.

This game has a great storyline, graphics, and lots of other things. However, the gameplay on it is terrible! Its like back and forth until something dies with no strategy. Get the game if you want, but not to have fun.

I like this game a lot. Not only is the graphics awesome, but also the gameplay is straightforward and fun.

The reason I gave a 5 for fun and a 2 for rating, is because it doesn't seem to spread as far out as the Final Fantasy VII did.

The concept is the same. You follow a storyline, you fight the battles. This is not true RPG.

If you want something more realistic, try out Knights of the Old Republic on the XBOX. Not only is it fun, but you are able to choose your path, and the number of options for doing that are not slim.

one word to sum up this game would be...BORING!!!!!! it felt like i was watching a movie, a terrible movie! i can't believe i wasted my money on this. i bought this and ffx-2 but thank God i didn't open ffx-2 or else i wouldn't be able to return it! unforetunately, i opened ffx, so now i am stuck with it! ahhhh, it sucks so bad. ff7 is the best;it is so fun and the characters are awesome! i like the characters in ffx-2, rikku, paine, and yuna (in that order) but i don't like the game! ffx and ffx-2 are bad games! blah, don't waste your money and make the same mistake like i did.

THIS GAME IS SO BAD THAT I MOVED OUT OF MY MOM'S HOUSE TO GET AWAY FROM THE EVIL THAT IT HAS SPREAD. SOMETIMES I MISS HER WARM BASEMENT AND MY COMIC BOOK COLLECTION. I AM ON A MISSION FROM GOD TO DESTROY THE FINAL FANTASY X LOVERS USING ASPRIN!!!!!! NOW IT IS TIME FOR ME TO GO AND LOAD UP ON STYROFOAM BASED WEAPONS TO HELP MY OPERATION.

FFX isn't all it's cracked up to be. After reading the reviews for this game, I literally got sick because of the words "demo, voice acting, graphics" and so on. Graphics don't make the game, however it appears a lot of people think this. If you really enjoy FFX play FF8. It's almost the same game.
