Boring.....

After I heard All the good things about this game I convinced my friend to buy it (I didn't have any money). I have to say that this is the most boring game I have ever played.

The whole ocarina thing has really no point at all. This is a very hard game to control. The horse that you win (Epona) is very hard to turn around coners. And when you are in the water, it is very hard to move slowly (ex. if someting is under you that you have to get)

I would recomend not geting this game unless you want to sit through hours of text.

Also, This is not an RPG!!! an rpg does not have the kind of fight sceens in this game.

Fun for little kids, experienced gamers stay away

All I can say is what a waste! I will admit the first Zeldas truly were good games but this one is just a bland, boring puzzle game that has no appeal to older gamers whatsoever. I can remember just squeezing the hell out of my controller in frustration for paying 50+ bucks for this. I honestly would not pay 5 dollars for it if I could do it all over again.

For little kids who find entertainment in cutesy things like Barney and the Tele-Tubbys this would be a pretty decent game. But if you are an older, experienced gamer used to traditional RPG's like Final Fantasy and the like...stay away, stay very far away from this monstrosity. Don't make the same mistake I did and shell out more than 3 dollars for something you are going to want to run over with your car. Of course if you aren't old enough to drive yet, buy the game...I'm sure you might like it.

All I can say is that this is the absolute WORST game I have ever played and PLEASE ignore the voting which I undoubtedly know everyone is going to mark as unhelpful. Trust me it's LAME LAME LAME.

this game is one of the worst games ive ever played. i dont see anything good about it. it has awful graphics repetitive gameplay frustarating controls. i cant even metion one good thing about this overated [stuff]. youre in an ugly cave with dumb... bad graphics trying your pueny little knife a billion times at a monster. the controls are bad the sound irritating and the graphics disgusting. everything abuout this game is terrible. and why so many people like it is far beyond my comprehension. it is irritating repetitive lacking looks like ... . and has you doing the same thing 1000 times in one little cave. i have to say this is the most overated game in history. dont buy or rent this trash dump your n64 and get a playstation 2 fools.

my first impression of this game was really frustrating, 'cause i was one of many gamers that i know to be fooled by that big expectation nintendo created about this game. I expected something huge, a really big rpg easily capable to beat ff7, but when i played i found out it was not even a rpg. I mean, there are no skills, no level ups, and you can control just that link guy. The graphics are not the best ones i've seen in the n64, not mentioning the poor storyline which is based in that old story -the bad guy picks the princess and you, the hero, have to solve the problem. Very poor game! if you want real rpgs you should try some playstation titles like xenogears, breath of fire 3, legend of legaia, star ocean: second story among others.

... I purchased the game for him and he waited patiently. But he was very disappointed when it arrived. It was for Nintendo 64, not game cube. When the web page came up, nowhere did it say Nintendo 64. Since we had typed in Ocarina of Time Game cube in the search box, we thought that it took us to a page where they were selling the game cube games. Well that shows that buying online is not always a good idea. Now we have a game we cannot use.

For anyone who didnt go to E3 This year well I have big news!
THERE WILL BE A BRAND NEW ZELDA GAME(STill in the works) Comming soon! I witnessed it and was just plain SHOCKED!
1. This was no Wind waker 2 I can tell you this
2. The graphics looked unbelievable!
3. This will be an entirley different zelda game and will not have anything to do with Wind Waker 2. I dont even think there will be a WW2!

I cant even describe How incredible this game looks, this game was only a minute and 7 seconds!!!!
The game has ubelievable graphics.
Its Soul calibur 2 but with steriods! What most people referd to ww was UNREALISTIC. WELL GUESS WHAT...THIS IS!!

I am a huge Loz fan I really have to say this game will make Oot look like a pansie game youde see idiots play. THIS IS JUST FLAT OUT AWSOME....I AM STill shocked even after May 14th......

Simply the best game ever created. Some games you get tired of after the first time you play it but not this one. The game is HUGE!!! Any door could lead to a place the equivilent to any other game. Tons of minigames (i.e., fishing, sneaking into castle, riding horse, looking for hearts...).

Disappointing, to say the least.

I was expecting more. A horrible introduction scene, and characters that looks like blocks ruined the whole game. At least Playstation has Squaresoft.

This is game full of adventure. It is so fun. Travel finding many items learning songs and killing monsters.Ride a horse that you chose. Collect 3 outfits 3 swords and 3 shields.Best Game Ever.Very hard but fun. Get to be a kid and an adult.
