Great game, somewhat easy

This game is great and is funny because Bowser finally has gotten his revenge on Mario, but the plot makes the game too short and a little easy. The seven dungeons are short and are easy to lose patience with, but aren't as hard as they seem. There are a lot of mini-scenes which show what is happening in the other part of the game also. Each star spirit gives their help, and they all pitch in to help destroy evil enemies. Overall, this game is lots of fun, but is too easy and doesn't really challenge me.

This is one of the best games Nintendo has ever made! The story is one of the greatest stories ever on a video game. If you buy this, you will buy this 24 hours a day. I did not get off this game until I beat it and then was one of the happiest days of my life. You'll also love the music for this game. It is just like Justin Timberlake sung it. And don't listen to the other people that it is babyish. It is certinly not! I'm 14 and I love this! How could you insult this game of all games. This is sure to recieve the most NPA for '02 and the 'Game of the Year' for '02. You must try it!

This is one of the best games that I've ever had on the n64. The game can keep you interested for hours that almost seem like minutes. Graphics, Game Play, Sound, etc. is all a 5 star and hardcore gamers and others need to buy this game because of the classic styles like secrets, (sorry can't tell), sounds, etc. This is so good that i'm getting off right now to play it again, this should be one to play for a long time.

The reason I think Paper Mario is a great game is because it's one of those games that keeps you playing. It never hits you with that "been there, done that" feeling. In this game, Mario gets other characters to come with him and help him beat up enimies, and, after a while, Bowser! He gets a goomba, a koopa, a bom-omb, a paratropa, a boo, some guy who looks like a ball of light, a cheep-cheep, and a lakitu! That's a lot of party members!

This game was so funny. The characters reminded me of the regular Mario characters. My favorite characters were Kooper, Bow, Watt, Sushie, and Lakilester. All of the characters had special powers. The effects of the game were cool. The bad characters were awesome! I really liked it. I never played its prequel, Mario RPG, but I assume it was just as good as this game. The point was to rescue the 7 legendary star spirits from different characters that worked for Bowser and Kammy Koopa. I loved this game!

Game is good but battling needs improvement.....

The game is really good. Good graphics and all. But the battling wasn't as good as it could be. I wouldn't recommend buying this game because it is like a Super Mario 64 but much worse. If you like Mario Games buy Super Mario 64 or buy Zelda: The Legend of the Ocarina of Time. Those games were much better than Paper Mario. I beat Paper Mario in 5 days and was left bored in the end. The makers of the game should have put more thoughts into this game.

The story is pretty good and the setting and graphics exceeded my expectations but the battling, like I already said, didn't. I thought that it would be the best game and even better than Super Mario 64 but it wasn't. Don't let the ad fool you. It's like a bad graphic Super Mario 64.

Paper Mario is one of the best N64 games I've ever played! The graphics are bright and colorful. The story line is entertaining. The game is of a medium difficulty, it's easy enough to pass, neither my roommate or me needed the hint book, but the game is full of things that you need to figure out! Its an addictive game, and its one that you probably will want to play again even after you beat it. The only thing I didn't like about this game is the battle mode; instead of just jumping on the bad guys to kill them you actually enter a battle mode. I got a little annoying after a while. I think that people of all ages will enjoy this game!

This had to be the best Mario game ever!!!! I am very surprised that a 2-D game could be so fun!!!
The only bad part is when you beat the whole game, you can only defeat Bowser over and over again. You can't return to Earth once you are at Bowser's castle, which is a huge drag.
Other than that, it is very fun.

If you love Mario you'll love this one. I've always been a fan of the older Mario games. My favorite had to be the one on the original Nintendo titled "Super Mario World3." It's wonderful to have Mario back. This game has all the mario's plied into one. I would like to see one a little more like the originals for N64 but this is a close one. I must admit the beginning is very long and boring, lots of reading. The gameplay is deep and addictive (i love games like that) and is easy to learn. This should be a favorite for all gamers in decades to come.
