I'd rather watch paint dry.......

This game is a sneaking game....no more no less.It has no depth.All you do is sneak which is boring and this game has no variety. Spend your money on paint and watch it dry. Its much better than playing this overrated crap

After seeing all the reviews for this game in the past month, and playing the heck out of the demo, I finally have the holy grail of Xbox games in my hands. After ogling the case-art and Limited Edition dvd extra's, i finally brought myself to allow the pleasure of this game into my Xbox. The graphics are amazing, words cannot even describe the scope of what they have acheived at Ubi Montreal. The true sequel to the original Splinter Cell game, and i am blown away. After traipsing through Pandora Tomorrow, Chaos Theory is a welcome change onto a trickier gameplay. With a 15-20 hour storyline (not to mention almost unlimited alterations for re-playability) and the addition of a System Link, Splitscreen, or Xbox Live Co-Op mode, This game has grabbed the golden shelf for my games. I will be playing this for the next few weeks, as much as i can. I would wholeheartedly reccomend this game!

Been and always be a fan of the series and lemme tell you, this franchise is a GIANT leap frog in terms of gameplay, AI wits, story which is almost convincing u might think it's really happening and obviously the muscle-buffed graphics which made good ol' Sam Fisher look like a polished shoe! And oh, the trusty K-bar knife he's got, u use it to have a lil' interview with the baddies and extract infos from em' while they cower in fear and not to mention the inverted neck screw.....nuff said, buy the DELUXE version of it now!

P.S. dialogues tend to be ridiculously funny-eavesdrop on one of the ships deck and you'll hear lots of stupid but hilarious hispanic accent of the NPCs...

More Like an Expansion Pack

I really enjoyed Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, and this is a good follow up, but there are a few missteps with Chaos Theory. It isn't quite as hard as Pandora Tomorrow. I'm playing at the normal setting, and there's no more 3 alarms and the mission is over. You get yelled at over your headset for tripping the alarms, but the mission doesn't end at 3. You also don't have to hide the bodies as much. You can usually just leave them where they are. On Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow if the bodies weren't hidden, it would trigger an alarm. The graphics are just as good as Pandora Tomorrow, but for $40 the cut scenes should look a little better. There's no real improvement in game play either; the basic moves are the same except you have a really nasty knife for stealth kills. All in all, if you liked Pandora Tomorrow you'll probably enjoy this. It's still one of the better stealth games, but it feels more like an expansion of Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow than an upgraded new edition.

Splinter Cell Chaos Theory is the latest sequel in the Splinter Cell franchise and in my opinion, the best of the three. While the basic premise of the game remains the same the developers have made definite improvements in the overall gameplay. Controls are tighter, better moves, better weapons and you can save WHENEVER you want. That fact alone makes a huge difference, especially if you've ever had to replay the same part over and over. If you liked the others, Chaos Theory is a must have. Can't wait until the fourth one comes out.

New moves, amazing graphics, and virtually limitless enviornment interaction within the game make Splinter Cell Chaos Theory one of the best games on the market. Not only does this proceed the first two games of the series but there are also online and co-op capabilities to the game as well, making it far superior to any other game on the market, save Halo 1 and 2.

This game is really amazing, words cannot discribe. I payed $50 dollers for this game but I feel it should have been priced at $100. After my dog chewed up my first game I had to go back to the store and I saw it was only $20. I felt like running out of the store because I felt like I was stealing money from them. This game is amazing and the co op is spectacular, I will guarntee you will like this game! Please give it a try.
