Ok, so, I recently got a GameCube, for Christmas 2003, and when I got it, it was the Zelda bundle. So, I tried out the game from The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time, and I loved it. I knew I had to get the Windwaker. I did...the graphics are like 100x better. I love the intro, I love the fact that the plot didn't change, I love how Link keeps his name throughout the whole series, I love how they kept Ganondorf's name the same...Overall, I love everything about it.

Though this was my first Zelda game that I ever played, I have watched many. I loved it so much! Though at first, I didn't like the look, once I played, I was hooked. It took me only a week to beat it, but I would spend 10 hours play each day. BUY THE GAME! It's one of the greatest games ever made.

The title says it all. You can't get better than this game. Extensive gameplay, beautiful cel-shaded graphics, and an awsome story line.

I've never played such an awesome video game. It's a long and challenging game that makes you want to jump up and hit your head on the ceiling! It's so much more fun than its N64 rivals, the ocarina of time and majora's mask. Cel-shaded graphics are so good and 3D looking that it seems like you're in the game! Their are no cons about this game in my book, so all you should expect is pros! Bon Appetit! Perfect game!

Stunning graphics, fantastic plot, great controls. Is there such a game as I describe. YES THERE IS IT'S THE WIND WAKER. BUY IT! YOU WILL BE HOOKED! I SWEAR! IT'S UNBELIEVABLY! :cries: seriously buy it

This was my first game in the Nintendo game cube and I wasn't disappointed. At first I didn't like the way that the graphics looked because they seemed cartoon-ish, but after a while they seemed to fit the game very nicely. There were some interesting graphics that I think couldn't have been achieved without it looking the way that it does. I liked all of the lands that are in the game ( although some were smaller and little meaningless). The fact that there were things hidden at so many islands kept things interesting throughout the whole game. Overall most of the speaking characters added to the complexity of the overall game, and made it a little more challenging just to keep all of them in order. I think that this was a really well-done game, and if it is lacking in some areas, it makes up for them in others.

Wind Waker

Wind Waker plays like an easier Ocarina. While the length is right at about 20 hours, the dungeons get a bit scarce in the later areas. During the last leg of the game, the pacing changes into an extended item search. In compensation, these items have mini-dungeons attached to them, involving gauntlets of enemies to fight through. And thankfully, the game does include a second slightly altered quest.

The first 10-15 mins. of the game bored me but the rest is godly. The cartoon animations don't make this game bad at all. i like the way you can string together combos to beat your opponents and variety of items is good. the story is very good and keeps the player hypnotized; I played 5 hours until my mom told me to quit. I still wanted to play. The only reason I didn't give the game 5 stars was because sometimes I had to look at the walkthrough because i was stuck. for example, in the dungeon with lava, i woulnd't hae poured a pot of water in lava. In real life the water would have had no chance, but in the game the water makes the lava hard so you can easilly pass through it. Get the game if you can find it at a great price. A must have for all gamecube owners.

This game is the best I have seen yet and all those reviews that say this game is bad probably haven't played because this game is one of nintendos best. The gameplay for this game is simple all you have to do in the begining is to sail around in your boat and loofor the three pearls and then use them to find your sister im not going to tell you what you do after that . The story line is also good the main thing is you have to find your sister who hase been captured by a giant bird i know it dosn't sound good right know but it gets better later in the game.The sound is pretty much the same as always wich is my personal fav music. the graphics are good I don't know why every one keeps on saying ther bad just because they look weird there 4d graphics I think there great. overall the games great I have know complaints.

I have played some of the recent Zelda games and i really liked ocarina of time but as soon as I got my Gamecube I played Windwaker!
I thought the graphics were good and the sound was pretty good
but the bosses were great each new level had a even cooler weapon
even though some weapons were the same in ocarina of time they were still cool. Also the plot was fun because instead of 1 plot
it pretty much had 2!But the best thing of all is the water. After your boat is ready you can explore tons of Islands and do so many more minigames!!! I think this has been a fabulous start for gamecube and this game is absolutely worth the money!
