WOW what a game addictive and by far the best multiplayer game in the world!You can tell Blizzard put its all in to this one!With free online games at ... blizzard made an all time great for the mac.

Ok, listen up. This is one of the best games ever made. There are 3 races, Terran (human), Protoss (advanced alien), Zerg (sacrifical alien). You choose your race and battle in an area where you will find crystals and gas. You must build up your army and FIGHT TO THE DEATH!!! It has great online play, the best of the best. If you like this game, I suggest you try WarCraft!

This is my all time fave rts. it is the only rts to hve 3 totaly different races and still be balenced.the storyline is epic and engrosing.this is a must buy for any rts fan.

I borrowed Starcraft from a friend and after a few hours of playing knew that I had to get it. So, I went out and bought the Battle Chest. This comes with both Starcraft and the Starcraft: Brood War expansion pack, plus guides for each game and a technology tree map (shows which buildings are needed in order to build more advanced buildings). This is the perfect way to get started playing Starcraft. The game itself is excellent. My friends and I have spent many hours playing and plan on playing it for many years to come. Blizzard hit it right on the head with this game. If you don't have it get it right now. This truly is the standard to which all real-time strategy games are compared to.

In this all around fun packed thriller you get to chose from 3 races and play your friends!!! You can also play the computer and from an excellent campaign!!!!! In addition you can make a map to add to the thousands of maps already given to you to choose from!!! This game is a must have to anyone!!!!!

Starcraft has to be the best computer game I've ever played... and believe me, I've played them all. Diablo, Diablo 2, Red Alert, command and conquer, unreal tournament, thief, dungeon keeper, sims... Starcraft and Broodwar is better than all of these games rolled into one... u can play for 10 minutes or for 4 hours... it can be addictive at times... but its amazing!

This game is just so much fun that I can't stop playing. Battle.Net make all of the difference to it. At any givin time there aare at least 1000 different people play on it. At the time I am writing this there are 11685 people play StarCraft Brood War on Battle.Net. So you can almost always find someone to play this game with. I hope that you get this game, I highly recommend it.

I really don't like too many strategy games but this is my favorite one. When i found out about it from my friend every time i was at his house i played it. Finally i got it and it has never gotten boring. It is one of those games that is fun for a long time. It has all kinds of different missions and so many different maps. The only problem was the graphics which are good but it is a strategy game so they aren't top of the line.

Seeing this game as a young boy blew me away. My brother would log onto battle.net and play. I always wanted to try, but was never allowed to. I played another RTS, and it didnt even compare to it.

Starcraft was built so a small group of units, say 12 marines, could do alot of damage. That is why control groups are so small. The graphics on the game are good even for 2003. The different races are just that, different. If you are zerg, your workers become buildings, and you must always build with in the creep. If you are a terran, you can transport buildings. Protos buildings must be powered, but they also provile the food/shelter. The campaign is great. A twisting story that goes through all 3 races under the same story. Battle.net provides hours of fun and you can test your skills. Blizzard, has always included a little thing with their units. If you click the same unit over and over again, they will go through some very funny lines. The expansion pack contiunes the epic story, and provides new units and features (spawning pool requires more money, helps prevent zergling rushes). If this doesn't please a gamer, what will?

I just recently bought this game. And boy did I ever get a good deal. This battle chest includes Starcraft, the Starcraft expansion "Brood War", and also has the prima's official strategy guide to both games! And the best part is the price

If your thinking about buying this game but don't know if it will like it, take my word, this is a great game. If you have ever played ever played any of the command and conquer games you'll like this. It is similar to the same gameplay, but just a few different things. So, have fun playing Starcraft, and Brood War, and remember if you ever have trouble you can use you strategy book. Enjoy
