I thought that this game was really fun. I know that this is supposedly the best RTS game ever. Personally, I think that Age of Empires is a better game than Starcraft, but after AoE this is probably the best RTS game ever. I really love how challenging the campaigns are. I mean, I beat 'um, but they were hard.

Starcraft is one of those games that you can replay after time with the same emotion and fun. This presentation is superb, the basic game + expansion + strategy manual for only US$ 19.95. If you prefer an earthy presentation you can search for warcraft pack also a great price.

Subliminal Messages from Blizzard

SC and BW are both great games, however many people do not know the literary background that these two games have. After playing this game for several years and spending much of my time at school, I came to realize that Blizzard makes many allusions to educational facts. For example, if you have ever taken Economics then you might have heard something called the "Law of Diminishing Demands". The way my teacher explained it is that when there is work to be done there is always an optimal number of workers. If there are too many workers then there might not be enough work for everyone or people might just be standing around. If you have ever played the game then you would might realize how that ties into the workers(SCV, Probe, Drone) in the game. If there are too many, some of them will be standing around; if there are too little then not enough work is getting done. That's the golden rule in SC with expert players: keep many workers around just not too much. Another observation that I have noticed is that some of the special characters have interesting names. In the map editor you might notice the special characters in the "Heroes" drop down list. There is a Firebat named "Gui Montang". Ask your English teacher if that name rings a bell. Hopefully it will. Otherwise you might have a problem on your hands. The "Hero" Science Vessel is named Magellan. I believe that Magellan was one of the men the either travelled or tried to travel around the world. Either way he was an explorer, and the Science Vessel even remarks "Explorer reporting". The "Hero" Overlord is named Yggdrasil: a norse mythological tree that held heaven, earth, and hell together. To me this is very interesting. I have seen things like this in many other games. I guess this is the industries way of brain washing us into smarter people...

This is the best real time strategy game ever! The really cool thing is that this game is all about skills and doing the right thing (unit controlling). This is not a Westwood pump out all the units you can and win the game! This is all about passion and strategy. Actually, if you do your stuff right, a small army can kick a large army`s butt with the right moves.

I love Blizzard, and can`t wait for Warcraft III. I count days and weeks and years and hopefully the game will be out before I get mad hehe.

This is a great game to play over a Appletalk network with two or more players in the same household.

Starcraft is an awsome game and the expansion set is even better. The Starcraft battle chest is an amazing deal. This would probably cost you at least 35 dollars to buy any were else. And you get everything you could possibly need to play Starcraft. This is a great deal and I reccomend buying it.

I think this is the best game there is one of the best games on the planet.Playing over Battle.net is the best part of the game. I recommend this game to all hardcore gamers.

This is real cool! Great price for a great game! There are the guides inside the battle chest so u can find every stat and walkthrough as well as cheats.

Pros: Great graphics
Nice sound
Nice jokes when u annoy the soldiers
Lots of replay on multiplayer

Cons: Not much replay for single player
Only 3 civ.
Not many units or tech.
Editor is so annoying!!!!!!!

Great if u have internet access because u'll get 100s of hours(...)

THIS GAME IS AWESOME!!!!The music is really creepy and it has 6 new charecters! I really loved this game, you should play it!
