I'm a true fan of FFT FOR PLAYSTATION! I baught FFTA believing that it would be more developed story wise and game play than FFT! I couldn't even play it for an hour! WHAT HAPPEN TO MY DEAR FFT!? Thats the last time I rush to a store for a game! BUY this game if you like kiddy games! I think I'll resale my!

Almost beat this game.

So far, I almost believe I'm at the end of the game. Also, I'm making a pen-and-paper RPG all about this, so I think I know what I'm talking about.

The game starts out in the beginning stages of a snowball fight in gym class. Everyone refers to you as "The New Kid." Everyone seems to pick on a kid named Mewt. A girl named Ritz sticks up for the two of you. Eventually, you name yourself (default is Marche) and we get our first taste of the battle system.

The plot (I'm not going to ruin it for everyone) is well-written and there are an extensive amount of weaponry and jobs to take that I sometimes get too involved in the story and forget to save, then get sent to prison for forgetting the laws (you'll see what I mean if you get the game). The game can get frustrating at times, but with the right amount of patience, you can beat this easily.

Many twists in the storyline. It's never bland. There's always somebody trying to kill you, or stop you from doing something. Like I said, I'm not going to ruin the plot for anybody. But if you don't like getting into trouble for no reason what-so-ever, and have lots of time to waste, this is a great game. I play it so much that I keep falling asleep with it on. Thankfully, the SP has more than 4 hours of battery life. I've (so far) played the game for over 150 hours for this reason.

I highly recommend this game for the kids, as long as they're over age 12 and are quick learners when it comes to video games. The way you learn new moves is unique, and I recommend checking the booklet if you are confused.

I always heard about Final Fantasy but never knew anything about it. I got the game for my boyfriend, and ended up playing it. Now I am an addict, and want to get all the other versions of the game. Get this game. It rocks!!

I have read many reviews but Never Played It.

I am writing this review to save you some time, I can suggest If you want to look at some reviews for yourself, you go to [website]or [website]. This is not the gameboy version but it is the same game.

This game LOOKS very good, I have read several reviews, cheked out some screenshots, and asked about earlier versions. This game appears to have a battle system that is very unique in most RPGs. Instead of using the normal old boring lists of attacks and everything, you can select a member of your band and order him to move, attack, summon ect. There is SUPPOSEDLY very many missions, items and jobs that your players can do, I was told of a multiplayer mode but have not seen apparent evidence. The battling itself looks as if it were a large part of the game, unlike most RPGs, The battles look like a lot of fun, not something you cringe at and try and avoid. This game is probably semi violent, maybe not OK for most six and under year olds. This game comes out September Eleventh(I want this to be politically correct so here and If you are an RPG maniac I suggest you reserve a copy, I have found a site where it is listed at [money amount]but you better be able to read japnenese. I have to stop now, My fingers are sore, my final words of this review, BUY IT NOW IF YOU ARE TIRED OF OLD RPGs.

I've never played this game, but it's already my favorite game of all time! I've seen previews, reviews, and walkthroughs, and I have to say, I'm impressed. I'm only 14 but I'm a professional gamer, and I can tell this game is going to rock! I've never played the first one, but I can tell this game has everything a gamer would want. It's for serious gamers only! With 300+ hours of gameplay, an intricate but not confusing battle style, and hundreds of side quests, what else would you need? On a scale of 1 to 10, this gets a 12! I can't begin to name all of the features, but even if you're not an RPG fan, you should consider adding this to your library. If you are an RPG fan, you shouldn't be caught dead without this in your library. Final Fantasy Tactics Advance RULES THEM ALL!!!

I have olmos all of the gameboy advance games and most fothem are good lick goldensun and goldensun lost age thay are as good as ffta.

I was so happy when i heard that they were coming out with a final fantasy game for gameboy advance. This game doesnt let you down the graphics are good and the music is spectacular the story (just like all final fantasys) is VERY good. A great game for any age and great for people who love final fantasy. A MUST buy.

Althought i do not fear death i do not weloce it either _ Kazuma the treasner ( my favorite saying from my favorite manga almost.K well you need to know REALLY how to play the game for instance if u dont want to "engage"(battle) with certain "laws"(rules) than go to a town or location on the map and than use the left or right forget which one to c thos laws and if u still dont like them move again. WEll thats just a example.If u dont think you could really grasp how to play take your time and if you are the person who doent get mad if you waste 2min than you will like this game a lot. The graphics in this game in my ipinion or some of the best considering there for gba i give them a 8/10 the game play is like a 8/10 cause u might have ot start a battle or "job" over and that can be frusterating. I give the story line a 9/10 well because it is a little confusing at the beggining but thats because the main charictor, Marche, is confused at the beggining. The story rocks im not gonna give it away so u will just have to find out on ur own. The battles or engagments our fun it has a trace of chess like play in it for thoughts chess lovers there r lots of secrets yet to be discovered for me ive played 46hrs and 17 min in counting yes a waste of life. I still havnt beat it but i could beat the game ( not completeing all the missians in about 10 hrs if i wanted.Yes it takes a while so dont buy this if you are weak at heart. And with that said, thanx for reading.

this game is ok. it was kinda confusing with learning techniques that only work for different battle types. i also thought it was kinda easy. you just need a strong stagety and it is all good. it wasnt half as fun as i thought it would be. i heard alot about final fanasty games and thoguht it would be good but it didnt live up to my excpectations. it also didnt have much of a story line. all you do is fight. it isnt to great.

if you like games with a strong story line then i dont advise this.

some ppl said this is the same co as the fft on ps but its not its square enix the co that made the GOOD ff on ps and snes and netendo even tho ff 10-2 and 9 sucked
