That JAMES BOND game only wishes it could be this good!

*From the XBox DEMO* I didn't even know this was coming out until the DEMO. It's a '1st person' shooter, 'James Bond' style action game. This game looks every bit as good as Halo(if not better) and plays 10 times better than that ... James Bond game. While the enemies may seem to be a little easy to kill(at first) and not all that good at hearing the DEMO level continued to get more and more interesting and very fun to play. There was never any SLOW-DOWN and at times there is 3,4 and more and more enemies at once(Halo seems to have too much slow down for my liking/too choppy at times. Don't get me wrong, HALO still rules as far as '1st person' games go. BUT NOT FOR LONG!). I hope this entire game will have the same intensity level and quality as the DEMO. I really liked the A.I. of the enemies and there motions were very smooth and realistic looking(a major plus!) There are several objectives in the level and it made for a very interesting mission. As for a DEMO, I found myself playing it over and over to where I now have that one part mastered. The replay value is high because every time I did something different it changed the A.I. behavior. (NOTE TO ANY GAME DESIGNER: Sniper rifles RULE! They RULE! RULE! RULE!). I CANNOT wait for this game to come out on the XBox(I own a PS2 also and I am sure the graphics will not come close to the XBox's awesome graphics. Get the XBox if you want the best graphics! I've tried every '1st person' game on PS2 and NONE of them even come close to HALO, Mace Griffen:Bounty Hunter or TIME SPLITTERS 2). 'TIME SPLITTERS 2'(XBox) is a MUST-BUY for any '1st person' shooter fan.

Not a Halo Substitute

I recently played this game on the OXM demo disc. It has a strange way of aiming, the crosshair moves before the screen does. The playable level looks extremely similar to both the Dam and Surface levels in Goldeneye. Halo and Goldeneye fans alike may be dissappointed by this game.

change the controls you genius!!!! the game is one of the best FPS made, yeah HALO is good but typical story kinda dull but time splitters has a fresh and original story line. what else can you ask for you have monkeys with automatics and a busted ol zombie with a shotgun! i need this game and so does every other xbox owner. GET IT TONIGHT KIDDIES!!!!

This game is a must have for xbox. The game play is solid, the graphics are even better. They have loads of guns(including a flamethrower). The aiming is a little off but does not hinder game play.

I played the xbox demo of this game. It was very entertaining. Reminded me of golden eye for N64. The variety of weapons was great. If you ever played golden eye and loved it then get this game. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the aiming was a little difficult. Hopefully they will have the worked out with the final release of the game.

it's just another shooter that doesn't have anything special about it and the aiming is lousy! the graphics are nice and it has some cool weapons. i would give it 3.75 stars. the aiming held me back from a better rating, if you need a shooter, you won't be dissapointed with this one ...

for me if it has a bad camera angle and bad aiming it [stinks]. That is why I say this is the worst game i ever played. I played the first level and I am still stuck it the same place for weeks, and I still can't get past the first part.

A Great First-Person Shooter

If you like the FPS genre, then get this game. If you ever played Golden Eye on the N64, the second you pop this game in you will be reminded of it. I just played the PS2 version of it today and I loved it. All I'm waiting for is the XBOX version. What is so great about it is the variety. Not only does it have a story mode, but multiplayer and challenge modes (like Perfect Dark on N64). The reasons I make the comparisons to great N64 games made by Rare is because the development team, Free Radical, left Rare to make Timesplitters 2. The game, I will admit, is not story driven, but then again neither was Golden Eye. The games strengths are in it's missions and and mastering those missions (To unlock secrets) and the mulitplayer. Some people complain that there is not enough blood and guts, but that kind of stuff does not make a game good. Great gameplay does. And Timesplitters 2 has an abundance of it. It runs at a cool 60 fps (frames per seconds) and the graphics were great on the PS2. Imagine it on the XBOX. And for the grips about the aiming...the controls are very senstive, but once you get used to the speed of the game, you adapt. Besides, you can go to the menu screen and change the senstivity if you like, JUST LIKE IN HALO!!! Well, I hope I helped convince you to get this great game.

o.k it may not be a halo beater, but it has great gameplay good graphics, (nice and solid) over 120 playble characters, the best multiplayer on any console and 100s of challenges (such as throwing bricks through windows or defending a tower from an onslaught of zombies) on top of this there is a map maker. about the single player there is good sound tons of wepons lots of locationseg.1930s chicago to james bond esque atom smasher, but onto the multiplayer good maps totally costamizable matches with modes such as deathmatch/team deathmatch and a greatgame monkey assistant(whoever is ranked last gets fife little furry friends to help them level the playing field)

I Have the X-BOX Magazine Demo Disc and Time Splitters 2 is gonna be the next HALO! It's Realism is by far the best to date and The AI is incedible!If u liked Halo this game is for u!Order it Now on Amazon! This is a Fast Pace one person shooter that will blow your mind!
