Ok, I have to say that this game is a hell of alot better than most games. It has the Resident Evil look and touch, but is some what better. The game has a great look to it, and is challanging to an extent. Some times the game gets really confusing and you dont know if you are doing the right thing or just running around in circles. The only flaw to the game is how fast it is to beat. I did not buy this game and i dont recomend buying this game, but rent it. I played the game for five days and beat it. So go to Blockbuster and rent this game, if you cant beat it you just miss two really cool looking demonds and an awsome ending cinematic.
Just GREAT!

When i slept over my friends and we borrowed this game it was just fantastic! the graphics are awasome. The enemys are cool. The puzzels can be pretty hard sometimes. This game is very addictive. The swords are very cool. And people say it is to short it isn't we havn't betting it yet but it is not short. The game is at a normal scary type game. But not like code vernica now thats scary. So i really reccomend this game to PS2 gamers!

This game looked enticing...but I didn't realize from the cover that this is just a souped-up resident evil clone. Granted that the graphics are pretty good and the gameplay is pretty fast, but there's not much to the game beyond that.
Go to the next area, kill the monsters there (without the Resident Evil save-your-ammo-like-your-life-depends-on-it stratedgy which made Res Evil games so edgy), get the item, solve the obligatory puzzle, repeat. The 'horror' aspect of Resident Evil games is completely gone which makes this one a bit heavy on the cheesy and not-so-challenging side.
It's also REAL short.
Good graphics, not so go voice overs, not too compelling storyline (save the princess...groan!).
I was disappointed, but I guess I might be in the minority.
A FUN but Short Game.

This is the first game I've played from Capcom, and I have to tell you that it was an extremely enjoyable game, even though the total time it took me to finish the game was between 3-4 hours and to me that seems kind of short. There was a few parts were you don't know what in the heck you should do, but otherwise this game was extremely fun and has a lot of replay value. This game is a must have for your PS2 library. Don't miss out on this one.
Short, but Sweet.

The only flaw I see in this game is that it is too short, but never the less it stays exiting and entertaining all the way thourgh. The graphics are awsome. ... If you don't like violent video games then stay clear.
On the fight sceens be sure to turn this up at full blast for full effect.
Probably my favorite RPG

This game is definitly one of the best RPG's to have ever been released for any system. This is a difficult game that you could honestly play all day and not get sick of it, but you will get frustrated at certain points.
This game has great graphics. The demons look realistic and the weapons can actually be told apart from each other, unlike older games. But then again, it could just be the PS2.
This is one game that you wouldn't make you stupid if you constantly played it. You actually must think in order to play it.
There are many challenging areas to the game. Whether it's lighting candles to open a door, or using strategy to pull levers to raise jail-like bars, or even trying to beat a clock and put two crests together to save your partner.
Overall, this is a must buy for almost any owner of a PS2. You will NOT be sorry, believe me.

This game is saaaawwweeeeet. The gameplay reminded me of devil may cry.(except it's not as good because you don't have a gun)
Graphics: 9/10 Really good but the CG cinemas look dated.
control: 10/10 Easy to learn and responds quickly.
story: 7/10 it's good but nothing to special. Just what you would expect out of a action adventure game.
sound:10/10. Great voice acting and disturbing zombie squishes.
replay:8/10. hack! HACK HACK HACK!
cut cinemas 9/10. Although the graphics aren't all that great, they're action packed an really cool.
overall fun 9/10: hack and slash madness. If you liked devil may cry you'll love this game.

Onimusha warlords is a fantastic game. The graphics are better than most games youll ever see. The gameplay is a little similar to the resident evil series yes but who could ever get tired of hacking the most realistic looking zombies to pieces? Youll be having nightmares for weeks after this one.
Very exciting game.

I only have one recomendation for this game and that is turn up the volum almost all the way up for full effect. The graphices a very good as well.
It was a little short, but still keeps you on the edge from start to finish. Buy it.
Great game, but too short.

If you're the kinda person that loves to start and beat a game in less than a day, this game is for you. for the rest of you who like to spend hours figuring out puzzles and other stuff, this game is still for you, but not so much in the time department. It took me 6 hours to beat this game with no game guide, which to me is just not long enough. the cinematics are incredible for one of the first PS2 games in the library. Vioces, mouth movement, demons and everything else in this game (except for the playing time) makes it worth the buy.
