Man this is the best game.I am not buch of a sports player on like playstation but this changed my mind.My friend wanted me to play this game I was like no thats ok .Eventually he got me to.Man was i lucky he did.I went out the next day and bought it.I have played it everyday since.It is just an all around good game for all ages.So go play it today.

I'd never been into video games at all until trying a demo of this game at the store...within a week I bought a playstation and the game. It's rad. The only real problem is it's so dang addictive. :)

Tony Hawks Pro Skater is one of the best games on playstation. You can play as Tony Hawk or as one of the nine top pros. It includes signature pro moves, fully skateable worlds, head-to-head competitions, and instant replay modes. You can play in many championships with more than 50 fascinating moves, one of which is the madonna. Skate through many worlds including malls, parks, and schools. Me, my sister, and my friends love this game! Work your way up the ranks by landing suicidal tricks in brutal competitions to become the highest-ranked skate boarding champ! You'll love this game. You have to have it!

This game is a skateboarding game. It doesn't mean that you have to skateboard to enjoy this game. You can enjoy it for hours and hours and never get bored. The game has a feature of "free skate". This option enables you to skate on any level for an unlimited amount of time. I thought half the fun of the game is "beating" the levels. For each level, you must collect "skate tapes". The objective of the game is too "beat" all of the levels and to discover the "unknown" level. Along the way, you increase each of the skaters' statistics and equipment.

SIMPLY AWESOME.

If you don't own a Playstation, buy one today just for Tony Hawk--that's what I did. If you think you're too old for video games, guess again. This game is simply the most entertaining, enjoyable, wonderful waste of time on the planet. You don't even have to be a fan of skateboarding (you will be after playing this game.) I am 30 years old, and thought I was too cool for video games. Playing Tony Hawk for the first time happily proved me very wrong. Even my girlfriend has finally admitted how cool it is. GET THIS GAME!

This game is amazing. You can skate where ever you want in the environments and do anything. I dont skate at all but this game is so much fun. Easy to learn, entertaining for hours. definitly an A++ game.

My friend got playstation for christmas, and he wouldn't stop talking about how great Tony Hawk Pro Racing was. After hearing this about a thousand times, I decided to rent the game. Boy, am I glad I did! I played this for about 3 hours straight, and then came on amazon.com to order myself a copy. The graphics are crisp, and the control is smooth. While it starts off relatively easy, as it gets to the later levels it gets a little harder. If you like skateboarding even a little bit, save the rental money and go out and buy it. You'll be doing yourself a favor... trust me ;)

this game is the best game ive played in years, i have so much fun with it, its got all the options that i consider fullfillment, this five star game is ranked third of the top ten playstion games. this is a must for the action and sports enthusiast.
