Words can not adequately describe the graphics quality, sound quality, gameplay and fun that this game offers. The city is enormous and seems to get larger every time I play. The gameplay is addictive (just ask my wife where I've been every night since this arrived!) and anybody, regardless of their ability to play video games, can join in on the fun. You will find yourself going crazy trying to beat your previous dollar totals! Great party game as well. Hat's off to SEGA for offering such a unique and fun title. DEFINITELY a must buy!

If There was a contest this would be a sure winner!

Ok, game fans! Ya gotta buy this not only because it's a great hit but because it's a racing game without all the repetitiveness.(like laps around a track) Although it can get repetitive in voice, it is always fun to sit down and play yer but off! And furthermore the graphics are the best i have ever seen! They are so clear ...as clear as my glass of water. So please go out in get it! You will not see any bad reviews on this MUST BUY! Man alive! Go out and get the piece of wonderful technology! Man alive! Come on! Get it! You will be saitisfied. When i first got this game , i tried it out and first i was dissapointed. But giving it time made it all worthwhile and the mooola! I LOVED IT!

I think this video game is very good.I like the graphics on all sega dreamcast games,but the graphics on crazy taxi were way cooler.I also thought that the realism was unsurpassed.In short this video game is definitely going to be on my christmas list this year.

If you don't have a Dreamcast, this is a reason 2 get 1!

This has to be THE greatest racing/arcade game ever and I hope it will be ported over to NGPC. The graphics are great, with only a little slowdown here and there, also some pop-up is encountered (especially in Original mode). The sound is great with people yelling 'WATCH IT YOU IDIOT!' when you're screamin' down the road. The soundtrack is great (if repetitive) and you'll be singin' along 'ya ya ya ya ya' in no time. The Offspring and Bad Religion provide some of their greatest 'skate rock' tunes for the game. This game has 2 cities, one being the arcade and another a totally original city. The 'Mirror Mode' provides skewed cities for a (technical) total of 4 cities. Overall, this game is a must buy for the quarter pumpin' fans of the arcade version! P.S.: this game is NOT just a 11 yr. old example like one reviewer said.

If you like to drive really fast, crash into other cars, jump over trollies with people in the back seat then this game is for you. The graphics are really great and the gameplay is a blast. Buy this game, it is a must have for the DC. You'll go nuts driving people around the city with them screaming in the back seat. Serious fun for everyone, a definite must get.

Now first of all, let's get this straight. i dont like dreamcast's and i dont like many of their games and i never will but this is one exception. Crazy taxi is one of the most original and most playable games i have seen for years but... you wont be playing it for long. You'll buy it, get home and play it straight away for hours, and then the next day for a little less time, then you've done it all and you wont see it again for a few months. Unless you have alot of friends over, this game is going to be brought out of the box very often. It gets extremely repetitive and is very easy, but get's 4 stars because it is such a good game.

i suggest - dont buy it because you wont get much for your money but rent it out instead because it is a class game.

This game is simply brilliant. The graphics were awesome and the overall game is rich with addictive play. From reading some reviews, I STILL don't know how ANYONE could hate this game, even though it has many praises.

Now, I'm looking forward into the future of the Crazy Taxi generation, hoping that there will be a Crazy Taxi 3. People are buying this game everywhere because they were told that it was so good. This is one of the greatest games ever made (in my opinion.) I like the music, too. It just totally rocks. This game is deservedly a classic due to its strong graphics and addictive gameplay.

I suggest that you grab this game IMMEDIATELY! AND I MEAN IMMEDIATELY! YOU'LL LOVE IT!

P.S. Notice that some postings are about Crazy Taxi 2. I have not played Crazy Taxi 2, and my review regards Crazy Taxi. I hope my review was helpful to all of you.

Crazy Taxi is a game where you're driving around, picking up customers, taking them to their destinations. Sounds boring? Well, considering that you have traffic surrounding you, some obstacles and time limits to slow you down, it is a very fun game. There are 4 cabbies, Axel, B.D. Joe, Gena, and Gus. You pick up the customers and try to gain some tips(money) while paying attention to the time limit. If you don't get there fast enough, the customer jumps out of your cab without paying. This game is total fun!

Crazy Taxi is a great game. You go around pick up people and drive them to where they want to go. You have a time limit and obstacles because there is traffic. If you do not meet the time limit the customer will jump out of the car without paying. Get Crazy Taxi or get Crazy Taxi 2.
