this game is pretty much the same thing as the arcade version yawn.In fact there is nothing different about the dreamcast version or the arcade version.It was fun in the arcade but anybody who has played crazy taxi in the arcade will find the dreamcast version very boring.For people who have not played crazy taxi at the arcade i would strongly reccomend it but only in that situation.

I love this game it is tons of fun to play. The only two things I fing bad about the game are as follows: 1. Music is good but is play over and over again. 2. THe same people always want to go to the same destinations.
All and all i love this game and it is very funny. The mini games are pretty hard but are fun also. I would have liked to give this 4.5.

The first hour I played it, it was fantastic! Then it just got really old really fast. The same two cities everytime. Slow down in graphics when there is too much traffic. Twisted Metal on the play station is a much more fun car-game.

Carzy Taxi is one of the most silly games I've ever played. While driving each passenger to his/her destination, the more wild you drive and the quicker you get them ther, the bigger your tip! A major trick: try pulling off crazy moves without hitting objects. The "rules" aren't strict and that adds to the fun: when you bump into things or crash, your taxi remains intact and continues your game.The best way to learn the moves is by practicing in the Crazy Box mode: a series of mini-games that require certain maneuvers. The directions describing how to pull-off the crazy moves are vague, but you'll learn as you play. A HILARIOUS GAME! (My wife, who isn't into video games, even has a blast! )While there glitches in the programing/processing, the only thing weakness: no sigificant differences between the vehicles other than the shape of the taxis and the driver's personalities. Get Addicted to the Craziness!

This is a great game for Dreamcast. It has amazing graphics, sound, and tunes. When I first got it I was a little dissapointed, but then I began to really enjoy the game. There are only two cities, but they are huge. You can travel offroad, and even under water. I recommend this to Dreamcast owners. Also, make sure you check out Soul Calibur and NFL 2K.

I bought Crazy Taxi two days ago and already returned it. I thought it would be fun to play the role as a taxi driver in a big city. Instead I found a very frustrating game with absolutely no single player game. Instead you can play for about 60secs, 3min, 5min, or 10min. In the 60 second game you try your best to end up ranking 52nd and getting a class D liscense. Oh did I mention you also get laughed at by ranking last against no one! I got tired of Crazy Taxi after i played it for about 20 minutes. I returned that day and got NHL2k. If you are not interested in the racing and just want to have fun driving around this game is still not for you. It was repetitive and too difficult.

This is truly the ultimate reason to buy a Dreamcast! In fact my niece loved the game so much that I had to buy her a Dreamcast as an early birthday present. Do not pass this game up, you will not be dissapointed! ENJOY!

CT is SOOO great . U play a cabbie in SF trying 2 make some $ . W/ 4 cabbies 2 choose from it is so kewl ! 2 HUGE and TIGHT levels make it even more kewl ! U can go anywhere in these off da hesy levels makin it more kewl ! U can cause choas = kewl ! There is only 7 words that can describe this game 1 kewl 2 kewl 3 kewl 4 kewl 5 kewl 6kewl and 7 kewl !!!!!
