ultimate game

this game is great. the graphics are cool. some people in the game are;

Zhao yun-great play. in dynsaty warriorsa 3 he is the best but im not sure about 4. lu bu might be better. sha yun is a big hero he saved a officails son in a war. he kicks ...

Lu Bu- he is awsome. he is really good. if you are not being Zhao Yun be lu bu. he is really strong and is a great horse rider.

Cao Cao- 1 of the 3 almighty kings. he is my second favorite. my first is lu bie. he is alright. he has sword and its fun to stab people with it so i pick him once in a blue moon

lu bie- he is my favorite king. one of his officeors is Zhao Yun which makes lu bie's army very strong. that is one of the reasons i like him . he is also a smart king.

sorry i forget he 3rd king

ma chao- he is pretty cool he is alright at fighting he isnt my first pick but for a challange i pick him

zhang liao- he is like lu bu . he is not great but better than good. i pick him alot becasue his moves re fun

xu zu- he is a fat guy with a giant mallet for a weapon. he looks like a sumo wrestler but has a different uniform. he is slow but one of his moves he sits on a guy which is pretty funny so a pick every once in a while for a good laugh

samiyi- he is kind of dumb . he doesnt stand a chance without his fourth weapon. his weapon is a fan. he is only fun on one level call battle at wu zhang plains becuase his troops are huge. he has about 12 million people which is a 10 tons more than usual. it is cool because all these guys follow you and they fisht for you and its cool

huang- awsome guy. very strong. his weapon is a monstrous axe. very fun to be him he is one of the best characters

thats its . there are about 42 levels and i nmaed most of the guys . if you like fighting , action and adventure you will love this game. there are girl fighters and they are not that bad. game if very fun. it is long and will keep you playing. it is worth the price and you are not wasting your $$. hope you thought my review was helpful .seya!

Better than ever before! Graphics are better! Game play is better! You can now create your own officer! There are twice as many characters and levels than before! Your bodyguards !!!DO!!! defend and act like bodyguards in this one! If you've never played any of the Dynasty Warriors games then I can tell you that its very addicting, fun, allows you to release the frustration and anger, and makes you definately loose track of time! You basicly run around beating on weaker officers until you don't have time to continue playing. I would rate it a 9/10!

Dynasty warriors 4?

I assumed the fourth installment would be an improvement over the third. While there are a few interesting additions the graphics seem inferior to Dynasty Warriors 3. While it is still fun, I have found myself back to playing the old one more.

Well this is Dynasty Warriors 4. Most likely it is the best game out for the Playstation 2 right now. If your new to the Dynasty series or the Romance of the Three Kingdoms here is some stuff about it. If your an exp. one here is some stuff as well.
Non Exp- Dynasty Warriors 4 basically is a game of Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Just like if you read the book you can play any 42 characters. The main ones are Liu Bei, Cao Cao, and my favorite Sun Jian. Each holds a kingdom after you defeat Dong Zhou or the Yellow Turban Rebellion against the Han Dynasty. After so forth you go forth and smash up the other kingdoms. Like if your Cao Cao and you defeat Dong Zhou, soon you will be facing against other kingdoms of Liu Bei and Sun Jian. Also you can make your own characters of 4. Though you can't make your own motion. You'll have to choose one

Exp- You should know the stuff I wrote above. Anyhow its better than three however....the DW3 voices are much better. DW4 is okay though 3 is better. You can play as the usual characters and even Cao Ren, Zhou Tai, and Huang Yue Ying is now avaible. Also anothor up is you can choose the way each character looks (after gaining exp). Another up is A LOT more stages and better events.
Hope you enjoy my review. DW4 is awsome but the voices are okay.

This game is very fun. I can play this game for hours.
Some of the bosses are pretty hard, Like Lu Bu can kill you in a few moves. But that is what adds on the challenging factor to the fun factor.
There's only one thing I'd hoped for this game: I wish it had a little gore or some blood.
Besides that, this game rocks, and the two player is also extremely fun, except for the part if one person dies, they both lose.

ITS A REALY GREAT GAME.First of all even though its the 4th of its series and everyone thinks its getting a little old it just isn't.I bought dynasty warriors3 in 2002 it was great.Ok ok i havent played dw4 BUT i have read just about EVERYTHING about it. For all you ppl who are fans of the siries YOU WONT BE DISAPOINTED
and for all you ppl who havent played it you should try it.

The game is about the three kingdoms period in china (about 1800 years ago.)You chose the role of one of themore then 40 fierce generals and battle imposible odds in the best hack and slash game of the year. here are some pros and cons about this game.

pros:
great grafix
realy good story
lots of options
3 new charaters
you can create your own chracter
it might be internet

cons:
it will probably not be on xbox
it MIGHT NOT BE INTERNET
there only adding 3 more chcaraters:(
the wepon system has chnaged

I hope I this helpd(its comming out on the 25 of march)i hope you will get this game(I would give it more then 5 star but I can't)

I thought that Dynasty warriors 4 is way too frustrating. Dynasty warriors 3 was a epic adventure. DW3 was fun and perfect. But now DW4 is a shipwreck waiting to happen. The only things I like about it are the edit mode, The orbs, And the improved graphics. The levels are colorless, The menu screens are plain, and the weapons arent very interesting. I loved the way that you got weapons in the DW3, But now you train weapons like pokemon. Just like pokemon evolve, the weapons evolve. When I play this game I feel like I am playing Pokemon Ruby instead of Dynasty Warriors.

Still a few bugs..

O.K., so I admit I can get a little obsessive with video games, but this is still an amazing game. One of the best parts is the edit mode. This nifty little feature actually lets you create new officers (generals, I can't tell which :@)with different attributes that you can unlock in the Free and Musou modes. You can also create body guard units so, instead of each character having to raise their individual bodyguards, different people can use the same bodyguards (but not 2 people together). As I mentioned, there are some bumps, but the going is still pretty smooth.

1. Looks like DW3 XL but without the BG items.

2. Still only 2 useable Nanman officers (what's up with that?)

3. Zhang He (the one with the claws >= ) is on Yuan Shao's side (TRAITOR!!!!!!)

4. Well... That's about it.

P.S. EVERYONE has a Musou Mode =)

Best DW4 YET!

this is the best dynasty warriors yet not only has the made great changes to the game map (you can actually read them now) but it also has great new graphics the horses actually look like horses not clay dogs and the humans are not so chubby for instance guan yu wasnt suppose to be a fat little chubby guy in dw4 he really lwks buffed up also you can make your own officers but the customization isnt so great they also made little but noticeable changes to their soundtrack also you can equip elements now when u collect orbs from lvl 1-4 also many new saddles 5 in all a few new items most of the old ones upgrading weopons is a lot easier now you dont have to collect weopons now when you kills officers and generals they give you experience the longer combos you do on a officer/general the more chain experience you get and the stronger the officer/general the more experience you get from them also it has many new levels but maps are almost always the same (very dissapointing) also they put in 3 new characters and took out 2 from the old which is Fu Xi and Nu Wa but you can always make those 2 in officer edit so no need to worry the new characters are yue ying zugue liangs wife and cao ren some relative of cao cao and zhou tai a friend of sun quans to bad they took out the japenese voicing though it was really cool they all made new combos for the characters the mousos didnt change much though all in all this a definite must have game! go get one now!

Dynasty Warriors 4 Exceeds my Expectations

Dynasty Warriors 4 is such a big improvement from Dynasty Warriors 3 and 3: Xtreme Legends. The graphics are really good and the cinematics are superb. Everyone looks more realistic than ever with really neat clothes (especially the heroes).
The game still has bad English voiceovers. Although the sound in battle is fine (as is the music), the voiceovers need a lot of improvement.
The game is really addictive to play. The Musou Mode takes hours to beat and you can play it with three tribes: Wu, Shu and Wei. The storyline is decent with new playable characters being brought in as you progress through Musou mode.
Each character has their own weapon. Each time you beat an officer or hero you get weapon experience. This makes your weapon better. This makes battle even more enjoyable because you want to beat the heroes to level up your weapon.
Another improvemant about Dynasty Warriors 4 is the new maps. They are all different and they are fun to play in.
All in all, Dynasty Warriors 4 is a totally addictive, fun-to-play game which will keep you hooked for months.
