We all thought it would be hard for the people at microsoft to top the original Halo game, and because they set t he bar so high, why not. This holds true to this game too, even though it is a lot of fun, it doesn't even compare to the first Halo.
This game is almost exactly like the Halo for X-box, but there really is a sense that its inferior, there's no tension. Maybe I think that because I've played the first one non-stop for the last 2 years.
The graphics are great, it's just like you're inside the battles. But I wish it wasn't so focused on riding in vehicles.
Overview:
Fun- 10/10 "Halo gaming goodness"
Gameplay- 10/10 even more complicated than the first one
Graphics- 10/10
Difficulty- 9/10 almost impossible in some missions, but still a lot of fun.
Overall- 39/40
This game is worth buying even if you've played the X-box game, but to me, there is no way they can make Halo better than it really is.

Go out and buy this game if you like Halo and 1st person shooting games. It is the best in the multiplayer. It never gets old. If you have friends who has Halo for PC, invite them if multiplayer and have fun. I recommend you buying this game. It would be better if you have 64 mb or graphics rather than 32 mb, and set it on the highest textures and everything. It is fun. Go out and get it, TODAY.

Halo was to good for words if you dont have it get it........... NOW!!!!!! i really liked the graphics and the grunts are super funny. "ahh retreat, retreat" or if a plasma gernad is on them they go "help get it off get it off" or they go "not agan" i hated the hunters and the flood. but please get the game.

I played Halo PC first when i was at my friends house. Multiplayer is awsome! though the graphics are not as good that does not matter. they are good enough to entertain you. i do agree with some of the other reviews about not being able to play cooporitive mode. but you can get over that, with this being such a great gaem. if you own Halo for XBOX i would still get for PC with some of the new features and multiplayer mode. though this is a great game i would wait for the price to get down because it is still a little high.

The Xbox verson was, in my opinion, much better for single player. As for multiplayer, the new additions are fun and all but well, they dont truely beef up the expereince that much (with the exception of the banshee of course). However, for LAN parties there are very few games that can compare. There is nothing quite like rushing your neighbor's base and killing his entire team with an armada of banshees on blood gultch. If youre a big LAN Partier definetly get this game. Otherwise, buy it for the Xbox and hook up Gamespy Tunnel

This game has awsome grahics!Plus you can play online with up tp 16 friends or enemies.Halo is a wonderful game with dazzling graphics. (Playing online can allow you to chat and play people that could be anywhere in the world.)Awsome for older kids but not for kids under 10. Bottom line great game with dazzling graphics and awsome online play. Buy it Now THAT"S an order soldier!!

This game is excellent for anyone 10 to about 30 years old. Blast your way through hordes of aliens and mysterious alien and human zombies known as the Flood. Some parts of this game seem slow and stealthy, some are so fast-paced you could her your heartbeat from 5 feet away, some parts are so scary you jump and shout "Holy 5h1t! Where did that come from?!" out loud.
You play as Master Cheif, the last of a secret human project to biologically and ergonomically engineer a team of marines known as SPARTANS. There are about 9 guns, 2 greanade types, 7 vehicles, 6 enemies, and 4 to 6 large levels.
I rate this game 4.5/5 stars. THe Xbox version is better by a mile.

Halo Pc requires a decent computer system, a good connection (for online play) and patients (learning or tweaking controls to fit your need). I am running a system with AMD XP 1800+, 512 DDR 400mhz ram, Nvidia (Albatron) Ti4200 (128MB AGP8X w/ DDR),1500kbps/128kbps cable connection, MSI K7-N2 motherboard, and built in sound card. I can have every setting all the way up with my hardware, and experience minimal slow down, and I have V-Sync on and it runs very nicely. Im a little fan that just wanted to talk about this game:). I have discovered this game through my friend of mine. when ever im over we have to play it once or twice. I have heard that there might not be a cooperative play which []because it makes it funner and a liitle easier. but to make up for the no cooperative is the addition of mult play levels, weapons, and the banchi. So this would be goood for a person that isn't a stupid [] and owns an xbox, which would be me:).

Con un nuevo set multijugador solo para esta version, Halo para PC se abre paso entre los jugadores amantes no solo de la plataforma si no tambien de su version original para la consola Xbox. Lamentablemente Halo para PC sufrio mucho x ser publicado algunos años + tarde kel original, topandose con mejores fps tanto en calidad grafica como de trama.
