Another great game!

I hate this king of game ,run jump and shoot no need to think just rush.But this game is like no other game,i remembered alice from my childhood and i was surprise by these interpretation.The characters degenerated and the king became more bad the rabbit more in a hurry(if it was possible),the programmers emphasis on the character's traits and it's realy a great job.The game is realy too easy , after4 hours i wasn't sure that we could even die but i think that the main points of this game are the environement and the musics.The background is realy asthonish sometimes i just stopped in rooms to look around to have a full vision of this visual masterpiece.I knew wonderworld was strange but this is the stranger's world i've ever seen ,i'm sure the programers are crazy. Unfortunately there is few things missing, k alice can find some nice items but sometimes i'd like to open some doors to buy new stuffs it's frustrating to see "shop" and won't be abaile to enter it. I'm realy impress thanks to the new games i hate doom-likes and undying was the exception it realy scared me and it's not like resident evil it's from the beggining to the end. There is a new generation of games which is coming with use astonish graphics.I would recomand Alice to people who love to be surprise by the graphics and by a atipish world, it's not scary and the games kept a childhood spirit with alice always willing to learn(not for kids)It's just that michel angelo could have paint the background and Dali ad them to this game.

Overall I really enjoyed the game. The 2 downsides I saw were as follows: Not much replay value Not long enough

On the upside, it was a very well done game, and it's nice to see a different type of Alice (namely the pyscokiller type Alice). Most gamers overall should like this game, but it does get dull at some points, and really frustrating at others.

I've read The Annotated Alice, and highly recommend that edition to anyone who thinks these stories were just for children. They are filled with parodies of literature and political figures of the day. Though the game is darker and more twisted than the books, I think the good Rev. Charles Dodgson (Lewis Carroll's real name) would appreciate its eccentricity if he were around today. I highly recommend the game because of its unusual degree of beauty and wit. I also felt, unlike another reviewer here, that the story was at least as cohesive as any computer game.

If you are, than this is definitely a good choice. It's a fairly good game, but it gets incredibly disgusting and disturbing as you play along. The controls are slightly awkward, but overall, it's a pretty good game.

I'm not that much into video/computer games because I have a hard time finding a game that sparks my interest. This game is the only game I own and I have played it over and over and over again. This is THE best game out there. They need to make more games like this.

I ordered this game because growing up it came out and i wasn't old enough. It sounded really cool and all but when I bought it and started playing I just wasn't wowed by it. Not to say it isn't a good game for the time it came out but I found the soundtrack more interesting than the graphics and what not.

Sick,Twisted and Addicting.

I bought this game years ago and wore it out, then I bought it again. It's that good.
Seeing "poor Alice" in that blood stained dress and carrying that big knife is a must see.

Dark and sometimes annoying

This game has a dark tone from the moment it is installed on the computer. Is has many different levels and with each level comes a different foe. When playing this game i was often more suprised than Alice when a new enemy appeared. As you travel further into the game you will get chills down your spine as you experience the evilness that has become wonderland. The game is exciting and challenging. Often times you will be stuck repeating certian portions of a level because you keep dying. The chashire cat's sayings will become stuck in you head and you will want to throw your computer against the wall about the hunderth time you are repeating the same level again. Although it can be highly agrivating there is something about this game that pushes you forward and makes you want to see what's around the next bend. It is addicting and you will be glued to your computer until you finally reach the last battle.

I've never saw anything like this game, it was just beautiful.
The graphics are amazing. You can just stay there looking at the screen admiring the view.
The story is really cool and scary, the characters are all beautiful.
I don't see any cos. on this game, please if you have any doubt do not hesitate and came on the price is ridiculous.

I've fallen in love with this game! It's some much fun and so interesting - if you're an Alice fan you'll get totally pulled into the story. Wonderful graphics and music, there's no doubt of American McGee's talent when playing. The game play is challenging, but its' not an extremely difficult game to beat. And if you get frustrated, hey, just go explore the awesome locations. I don't know what else to say, but God I love this game. One of the best you'll own, hands down.
