WOW! What a Game! ,with amazing graphics and sound it's really scary! you should say that this game needs a state of the art computer system to run ( ... a lot of RAM and V-RAM ), It's worth buying.

It got here pretty quick I got the expantion before the game, but no biggie. Perfectly new and its a thrill to play.

I've bought this game for my new laptop like 2 weeks ago and the graphics are great. The things that I really don't like about this game is that the controls are not that flexible compared to some FPS games because the most levels of doom3 is pretty dark and toggling between flashlight and weapon at the same time when the enemy appears is really tideous. In fact the Quake4 is much more flexible in controls due to attached flashlight to machineguns and overall game interface. This game is not that scary as long as you know the enemy's patterns of habit of appearing everywhere.

Enjoyed the game! It has a wonderfully macabre quality that literally overwhelms you. It is a marvelous continuation to the Doom legacy.

Doom, how could anyone possibly even think that it wouldn't be great. I mean, id has never, and i mean never came out with a game that was bad, and this will be no different. Plus, we have John Carmack making the game engine, which is the sweetest thing possible for the game. The only thing that bothers most people is that it was delayed for so long, but c'mon people, its Doom! Why mess with perfection?

Wolfeinstein 3D was the very first FPS game ever made, but it was Doom that made the genre popular. From its labyrinth-like levels to different variety of monsters to the overall ultra-violence (pun intended) Doom has remained in the Hall of Fame as one of the best FPS's ever. Btw, jai ling likes games like mary kate and ashley olsen, spiceworld, etc.

This game is the most great game which is actually worth your money today on market. A whole lot of effort to make this game good was put in this, and they succeeded. While playing at night, this game will scare you to death if in proper conditions. If you thinking doom3 vs hl2, there is no doubt this game is better AND it actually has a good storyline if you find it out in the game.
Graphics are unbeatable in here. Only game that has better visual quality is quake 4 now.

You have to play this game. One thing I tell you cant be a weak minded,or faint hearted person. If you been dissapointed on other reviews saying the game suck, they are wrong. Its terror packed! This takes fps(FirstPersonShooter)to a new level. One thing I tell you this game its a mystery to be solved. You will be going into some scary situations where you can't drop your guard. You have to give credits for the weapons this game has to offer you just can't wait to use em,again read your pda it give codes to unlocking ammo weapons,health,etc... The action/terror and graphics engine is intense! You really don't really have a strong rig to play this game. I played it flawlessly on high setting,4xAA,800x600,high quality effects,and other stuff just fine. I don't have an awsome rig
I simply have an emachine with a 2.08Ghz,512mb,and an 256 mb Nvidia 5500fx graphics card with helps. So go ahead and buy this game,just don't turn off the lights when you play
