Resident Evil 4 is like the GTA game that never gets boring! Once you beat it you can play it OVER and OVER again with all the new weapons and upgrades you bought. It sometimes takes an hour or so to get used to the Wii controls but it's well WORTH it. I'd recommend this game to anyone. It's not just a shootem up game, like a lot of zombie games, it has a lot of fun puzzles and "smarter" ways to kill your enemies. Oh btw don't kill the wolf!
Best port ever on Wii

Basically, this is a port of gamecube version of the game, which was released 3 years ago. You got everything from that version, together with Ada's Mission from PS2 version and revamped Wii Remote control. The game supports wide screen 480p and the graphic still looks incredibly good considering its age. Wii Remote control is well-implemented. The aim button is still here (holding B), but you can now use pointer to aim onscreen, which is far more accurate compared to analog stick. All in all, I would recommend this game to anyone who hasn't played the 4th iteration of the series. This is an ultimate and collector's edition of the game.
Pro: Wide screen 480p, Wii Remote control, all goodies from gamecube and PS2 (cut-scenes are rendered real time, unlike PS2 version). It's the ultimate RE4 edition.
Con: Since aiming is made easier, you will find ammo more scarce than the other versions. Many times I find myself having to use flash bang and lesser gun to survive. This adds lot of thoughts to gameplay, which may turn off those who like run-and-gun style.
Scary, fun, everything you could ask for - and a bargain at $30

This game is creepy. I was actually scared outside of playing the game. I was jumpy. This game is a masterpiece in that it actually scares the player. I hadn't seen a movie or played a game that actually creeped me out hours after I played/watched it.
The game and controls are outstanding. RE4 went for fun rather than intense challenges; the ammo is hard to run out of and it is just so much fun.
As with all of my non-multiplayer Wii games, I sold RE4 after I beat it the first time and did some of the minigames.
I regret selling it. It actually has some replay value.
This might be the best game on the Wii. Just get it.
FYI, I'm a fan of the Half-Life series, so if you liked HL1/2, you should love this.
great game, very addictive

I loved this game, I think it uses the wii control very well.
It is a good horror game, the music and graphics create a great atmosphere. Be careful and don't play it alone in the dark. I almost through my wii
mote in my girlfriend when she suddenly opened the room door.
I have to admit that this is the first resident evil that I've ever played. I don't own a videogame since 94 when I started playing computer games and abandoned consoles. For this reason I can't compare it to previous RE versions and with other system games.
Pros:
-Wii mote very well used. When compared to other shooting games like Splinter Cell, one wonders why they used that weird counter-intuitive system in splinter cell.
- graphics are not as good as computer game graphics and my TV speakers are not as good as my highdef sound from my pc, but they are good enough to create a great and scary playing atmosphere.
Cons:
-not really a RE4's fault, but the buttons 1,2 are impossible to hit during the game. they should place it in the side of the wii remote. Anyway they are not very important in the game anyway.

This is the best game of RE4 on wii version easy point and shoot with better accuracy. the most exciting part is to spot a reaction guide while the character is in danger.

This game is by far the best game in the resident evil series. This game is a lot different from the other resident evil games. First of all it's the first on the Wii and works perfectly with the Wii controls. Those annoying camera angles are replaced by an over the shoulder view. Also the biggest change is that you don't have to conserve your ammo you pretty much take out anything in your way. It's not as creepy as silent hill 2 (but it still will scare the crap out of you) but it does have an easier to understand story. The game is broken up into chapters and there are a lot less puzzles and keys to find. Most of the time you are only in a room once in the entire game which makes it more fun to replay (I think I've beaten the game 10 times since I got it). Overall it's probably the best survival horror video game ever made. Hopefully resident evil 5 will be released on the Wii.
