Cartoon characters fight each other. No blood, guts or violent death scenes. This is a good parent choice for a kid wanting any of the fighting games.

This game is okay. It isn't all that in the way of fighting,but it's still a good attempt by Nintendo. However, the secretcharacter Captian Falcon ROCKS BIG TIME and Kirby Puckett is the best regular player.

This game is the funniest multiplayer in existance. Don't buy it if you are looking for a serious game. The controls are extremely simple and combos can be used by the most inexperinced player. This is a great game to add lightness to your gaming repetiuore. Buy it!

I don't know about you, but I've always wanted to see Mario and Luigi go at it. Donkey Kong vs Yoshi? Pikachu vs Jigglypuff? Link vs Metroid? This game has it all. INCREDIBLY fun and addictive. Me and my friends rented it every week over the summer and never got tired of it. It's a must buy for any N64 owner. It's right up there with Golden Eye, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, and Legend of Zelda as the classic games for n64 that everyone owns.

This is the funnist 4 player game you will ever play.

This the funnist game you will ever play in your whole life. You get your whole body into it and you'll have a blast. Say you have a party with 4 people this will get the party pumping.

I'd say Super Smash Brothers is a good choice of a video game because: A. It's Fun; B. It's Non-Violent; C. It's Funny; D. It's a fighting game; E. It's 4 player; F. You can team up with a human or computer; G. It tells data about the characters; H. It's got Pokemon; I. It has star fox, Link and Samus; J. It has the top 12 Nintendo Characters; The parents are in luck too, the usaul fighting games are very violent and Super Smash Brothers isn't.

YOU HAVE TO GET IT OR AT LEAST TRY IT! It is the best game on Earth.They have the fastest characters in the world.They have Luigi, Samus, Captain Falcon, Yoshi, Pikachu, Jiglypuff, and Donkey Kong.It's even possible to throw someone across or off the screen!

Like most fighting games there is blood,but not this one! This game is just plain fun! I loved it and i know others will also! I give it 5 STARS!

Right here folks, this game features all of your (or at least all of my) favorite characters including Fox McCloud of Star Fox and Link of Legend Of Zelda: Occarina of Time. Not just another fighting game, with the special weapons that fall from the sky and the lack of blood. The game is not based on killing your opponent, but knocking him off the screen in one way or another. This is a definite nominee for Game of the Year this year.
