I think better than melee

When i ordered this game from the internet a few years ago the form said 2 to 3 business days (Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday). Unfortunately,I ordered it on a Thursday night. it came on Tuesday. When it came I couldn't stop playing it. it was SO FUN,it may not have as many arenas or characters as melee. but it still has all the favorites, if you buy it you will have hours of fun by yourself, with a friend, with two friends, with three friends, or just switching off with a huge group of people. Super Smash Bros. is the way to go!

Most N64 games are easy to get sick of but this one, the fun lasts forever. It is so fun to play

Party game in it's purest

Okay, so that title should appropriately belong to Mario Party and MP2. But, Smash Bros. is definately a party game. I'll admit that One player is mind numingly easy, but they are for Mario Kart and Mario Paty too. None of these games should be played alone or versus the computer. And my only gripe would be that if you're a loner and play video games by yourself, these aren't games to get.

However, back to Super Smash. The control is excellent, although using the C buttons to control the characters is kind of disconcerting at the beginning. There aren't that many attacks, but that just makes it quicker to learn. Difficulty with computer opponents can be adjusted. And then there's the return of Samus. Nuff said.

Simply a great fighting game

Some people might think that since this is a Mario fighting game that it would be real cutesy and aimed more towards kids than teens or adults. But really it's not. This is a game that anybody can enjoy if you like fighting games. It has great graphics, sound, control, and it's a lot of fun. Most Nintendo enthusiasts will know all the fighters from some of the past Nintendo classics. However, there are also some of the Pokemons and four other hidden characters which you can use during the game. I'm not crazy about Pokemon, but Pikachu and the others are actually pretty good fighters.

Super Smash Bros. is fun playing either multiplayer or single player. You have to beat the game in certain ways by yourself to gain access to the four hidden characters. Once you get all four of them, it's still fun to play single player, but multiplayer is always better. You'll get sore thumbs and a lot of laughs from playing this game so long.

Super Smash Bros. might not have all the blood and gore like Mortal Kombat, but it is still a great fighting game in its own right and is a good addition to anybody's video game library. I hope to see a sequel one day.

THE game to get for N64

Smash Bros. is the funnest game I've played for N64. The single player mode is cool but what really makes this game shine is the 4 player battle royale. Games go on for hours and it never gets boring. Playing the single player game also gets you secret characters for the multiplayer mode. If you're looking for a fun multiplayer game, get Smash Bros.

This Game is excellent fun! You get to play as one of a whole page of well-animated (3-d for the era) characters. You also have many playable actions. In addition, each player has their special powers. The characters come from other hit games. I simply must say that it is No. 1 in my Nintendo Game Collection. The only bad thing is that there is a limited number of arenas. Other than that, 5 Stars.

This great game combines combat, Poke'mon, and Mario all in to one with an E rating. This game is also great if you just got your Nintendo 64. The controls are easy and you can play with up to four people! For fans of Mario and fighting games, this is for you.

When I got this game, I had extremely high hopes. I had seen the ads on TV, and this was the only reason I bought my N64. After about an hour, though, I soon grew bored. I had found it extremely easy to beat the 1 player mode with "extra hard" on and only one life. Neither of my parents wanted to play, and I could defeat the computer instantly. When a boy at my school found out that I had SSB, however, he would follow me home and play with me every day. I guess some people enjoy this game but I didnt. I found it way too easy and unless you have someone to play with, extremely boring. I reccomend this game to someone who is willing to find someone to play with them.
