This game is probably the best game right now for the PS2. I bought a PS2 a couple of months ago and have rented many games since then. I rented this game the day it came out and went out and bought it the same day I returned it to the video store. This game has amazing graphics and gameplay. The only drawbacks I can think of are the M rating and they should have brought back more cars from the first two games. Go buy this game. It's GREAT.

The game is too dark, and unless your in a very dark room its hard to see what is going on. I'll play it because its still good fun. TM2 is still the best version made I think, despite the crappy graphics (PS3 download available now).

This is by far one of the best games in the series. Twisted Metal Two is still the BEST in the franchise, but Black is very close. Coming off the heels of the DREADFUL TM 3&4, They came back with a force and made TMB. The graphics are amazing, the stories are full of anger, hatred, and gore. Gameplay is awesome, but the A.I. can be a bit hard at times. The character stories are awesome. All in all it's a great game. I do reccomend you buy it if you are a fan of the series, or like car combat. Raven and Shadow RULE ALL!!!!
P.S. Minion SUCKS!!! What kind of lame boss needs a force field. What a chump.

So much fun even after all these years. When will there be another? PSP? What the hell is a PSP? I'd rather play Black, baby, any day. A killer game to say the least.

Twisted Metal: Black has good graphics and awesome vehicles and weapons. However, the story line in the game sucks. The story does not go with the other Twisted Metal games.

Had been playing the PSX version which was lots of fun. Finally upgraded to the PS2 version and it's a bit faster. My only complaint is that it's visually dark and sometimes have a difficult time seeing what's going on. Great game play though and would recommend it (if you like this sort of genre).

well first things first i was about 10 or 9 wheni first played this and i have to agree with the kids review LOTS OF DARK GORY BLOODY AND(VERY SAD) STORY!!!!! but i am playing it again and i love the video scenes now (for weaird reason -_-(by way this my moms account)

This game is awsome i played the twisted metal 4 game and it was awsome but this even better with good ps2 graphics lots of more levels lots of more codes lots of more people and lots of more battlegrounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was one of my first games for the PS2. I loved it. I then put it aside for a couple of months for GTA3 and SSX tricky, which were also awsome game. A couple weeks back, I played this game again. Once again, I got hooked. I finally unlocked a character (Warthog). The graphics are still stunning and the framerate is topnotch. The only thing I have left to say, is WOW!

This game is a lot of fun. It isn't for younger players, in the sense of some of the violence, but they can always find worse on the TV. Running over people is a whole lot of fun, I had fun trying to see how many people, and oppanents I could kill in a level. If you just want to throw in a game for some quick fun, this game will defientaly get that for ya.
