RE: CVX is just as creepy as the origional. Now the background moves along with the character to add a certain sense of urgency to it all. The graphics are great, the control is... the same as all the others, and the cinemas are outstanding. The only problem with the game I have is the story. I have played and beaten the other two RE games (I don't count Nemesis) and it seems that they are hard pressed to find a new and viable story line. It's all been done before. There's nothing new. Sure, there are a few minor variations but for the most part it's the same old game with better graphics and a different backdrop. All in all it is a great game and I recommend it to any RE fan. Did I mention that it's still really creepy?

This game is amazing. Zombie dogs, Hunters, Poisonous Hunters, Tyrant, Nosferatu, Alexia, queen spider, spiders, Zombies, Albanoids, Alfred, Bats, Bandersnatches, Gulpworm, ants, Wesker and probably more are the freakiest, most terrifying things I've ever fought. The stunning CG and real-time graphics are by far the best ps2 has to offer so far. The gameplay and frightening atmospheres are stunning. Chris and Claire Redfield, the two best characters, are back, and are kicking some A$$. And of course a classic ending...the fight between Wesker and Chris. If you want an amzing game, buy this!

I thought this was an okay game.I liked the twists and turns. I did think it was a little too easy to die. I would have given this game five stars, but there aren't enough save points.

I just got this game, so I haven't finished the game YET but it's pretty good game. :) Never played any of the other RE games (except the original RE) but it's not hard to figure out how to move character around.. Not to mention game comes with a demo of Devil May Cry (which, btw kicks ...!) Oh. Also try playing the game with all the lights off...I could only play like that for like 5 minutes and then turned the lights back on.hehe:)

What can I say? This title was pretty good. It is for sure a strong three, maybe a 4, but I have lost interest in the game. If I wrote this when I bought it, It would have been a 4. It looks really good, plays well, and sounds creepy. It seemed a tad short and I was left wishing for another disk like in Resident Evil 2. Rent this game and check it out. It did not dissapoint, but it didnt blow me away either.

RECVX is a spectacular game. better than RE 2 and is more challenging than nemesis!
it has great graphics, sound and it's even more scarier than the other RE games
you can feel the fear when you open doors and when you hear steve screaming at the mansion i almost finished this game it's really scary!

RECVX is a very challenging than RE 2 and Nemesis.
the sound,graphics and fear it's great!
you'll know what really fear is when you open the doors and hear steve screaming at the mansion!
and more than 5 mutated monster are waiting for you!
the dogs are the fastest creatures in the game!

Unbelievable in some areas, but average on others.

I would have given Code: Veronica X a 4.5 if possible, since it is almost near to perfect, however, the 4 will do for now.

The game has a great storyline, but the graphics look rather choppy. While Veronica X offers nothing very much to the others in the series, it is still a great game and a must-have for RE fans.

ummm well if ure wanting to by a system and u absolutly want a resident evil game for it by the ps2 cuz then u can buy resident Evil code: veronica X. Shure u may want to buy gamecube for that resident evil but all thoughs screen shots and crap is only in the cina matics nuttin else code veronica is much scarier and if u want a fright buy this game.
