Bond is Back!

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 3 / 7

WOW is all I can say! Bond is back, do I need to say anything else? Beautiful Graphics, Story, Characters, Animations, Gameplay, and of course Bond Girls. This is the must have game this X-Mas, only this game brings action, stealth, racing, and multiplayer goodness all together in one package.

Good, but the graphics suck.

There is nothing to say. The storyline of the game is great. A classic 007 video game. The only bad part about it is that the graphics are not very crisp for the PS2 version. I recomend to hold on and spend some more money. Meanwhile by yourself a share of NasDaq for your money.

Best FPS on the PS2 yet!

This is easily the best First Person Shooter to come out on the PS2. The single player is very challenging and lots of fun. The multiplayer will leave you breathless with exhaustion as you'll be playing it for days. If I could give this game 10 stars, I would.

007 ALL THE WAY! Wana know about it?

This is a truly awsom game. i pre-ordered it and when it arrived i saw for my self how neat it really is! good graPhics. neat weapons, and game play. it never gets old. multiplayer mode is a blast. there are cheats, modes and characters you can earn by how fast and well you play. i know that gamepro gave this game poor ratings. and i disagree with them. this is an exelent game. characters could look a little smoother, but thats all i could improve apon. this is a great party game, and when you wana kill some terrorists! i highly recomend buying this game. hours of fun. but what else can i say about this incredible game? its up to you to buy it.

I picked this game up last night, got home and threw it into my PS2. First I played the missions and was quite impressed. The 3-D renderings were amazing with no flaws to which I have noticed yet. The game play is easy if you are used to games using all of the buttons on the controller. The multiplayer aspect is encredible as well. The ability to personalize the characters is nice, (i.e. name, powerups) and emulates Perfect Dark for N64 in that respect. The capture the flag mode gives the Bond series a great twist as well. Definately a must have game for Christmas if you were going to buy it for someone!

love it!

Looks awesome, graphics are amazing, new guns, new cars, new ladies, and of course the same old james bond. I have it on preorder and i can wait till it gets her, it just looks so awesome and if you don't have a ps2 get one, although xbox is sorta the same it doesn't have the attitude of the ps2! and nintendo gamecube should never even cross your mind it's a piece of junk!

Pretty good... I had a blast playing it!

Last time I played this was when it first came out.. I think January 2002.. This game is pretty good. I don't have a PS2, (I want one BADLY) but I'd surely rent this again if I had one. Last time I played it was when I visited a really good friend down in Georgia. He also has Tekken Tag Tournament which is also a very good game :) This game has wonderful graphics, though I do admit it was pretty easy once you got through a couple of tough spots, but it doesn't really matter unless you are really having fun ^__^ The only other peeve about this game is the repetitiveness. (Wow, I really spelled that wrong) I constantly crashed and died on the city car chase level, and was up till about 2 in the morning until my friend and I finally finished it. Overall, this is a very good game. Certainly worth renting!

+,-,?(What's hot, not,and strange)

+: Lots of guns and gadgets
+: Splendid talking style
+ and -: Evolved nicely from Goldeneye but not that much
+ and -: Nice way of earning codes but aren't as cool as Goldeneye's
-: Graphics don't look all that great
-: It's shorter than Goldeneye
?: What happened to holding two guns at once?
?: Why is it that when there is no use of the vehicle, the mission ends and why don't all of them be controlled manually?(Unlike Halo, where you control them yourself all the time, plus missions are far from over when you get out of them.)

I like it, I don't like it

Overall, I think Agent Under Fire has great graphics, and is well-thought out.

However, there are a few things you may find annoying:

1. The controls are different for different levels, so there is a slight learning curve.

2. The levels tend to be fairly short. As you'll see, you get a bonus for how quickly you complete a level, which is based on a "suggested" time to complete. To me, it should take more than 3-4 minutes to complete a level for this type of game.

3. Maybe this is just me--but at a few instances, I was unsure of what I needed to do. For example, while driving a tank, I wasn't sure how to switch weapons. During a fight with a major character, I didn't know you could steer missles after they'd been fired.

Overall--very cool game, with some baggage.

Fun, but gets old fast

Well, all anybody can do is compare this game to Goldeneye, which it isn't. I played Goldeneye for years, and I loved it. I have played this for about a week and I love it as well. But unfortunately, this game is already wearing thin. The levels are short, the gameplay is too easy (at least for me, others not experienced with first-person shooters might have more difficulty), and even the much-praised multiplayer gets tiresome after a while. Within 2 minutes of the first time playing the multiplayer with 3 other people, we were all killing each other at a tremendous rate. I racked up 60+ kills in a ten minute game many times. That is just dumb. Anyway, if you are new to the first-person shooters, this is a great training game, buy it. Otherwise, rent it a few times and you can beat it easily.
