SHAKEN NOT STIRRED

Best 007 yet. With supreme graphics, sound, and gameplay this is the game to have. If you've ever imagined being Mr. Bond, this game takes you as close as you'll get. From outrageous car chases to covert sniping this game will keep you asking for more.
Love the AI of the enemy (they don't just stand there waiting for you to shoot them)and the weapons are to die for. I only have one negative comment " Where are the Bots on multiplayer?" Oh well, guess you can't have everything.

007 agent underfire

007 agent under firer one of the best first person shooters around. It has advanced amazingly from the past games in its series, the graphics, ai, capability and range of weapons. Hours of enjoyment can be scored out of 007 agent underfire, as you explore new levels, under go challenging missions and fight super cool multiplayer battles with your freinds or the computer. The graphics are stunning and the audio is above average. The range of arenas you can chose to fight in in multiplayer is above average and all are fun to explore and contain cool hiding places and special features. This is a shooter that hits the markets with red faction in line or even better than red faction. If you are going to purchase a first person shooter than get this one folks because it is something you cant afford to miss!

The names Bond...James Bond...In Agent under fire!
This game is one of the best PS2 games out of many, the single player is outstanding and it keeps you entertained for as long as you want, no matter how many times you beat it, the single player mode has so much stuff to do, (like getting the awards) and the multiplayer never gets boring (especially with a multi-tap) I love this game, and recommend it to all Bond fans, it is definatly the best bond video game i've ever played...if you got a PS2...get out there and buy it now...the graphics are amazing and it isn't sensless violence...it's Bond! The only bad thing is that you can't get doubles of any weapon.

Makes Nightfire look like a night light *YAWN*

Agent under fire is soo much better than Nightfire. Sniper Rifles are cool! you can shoot through walls and other cool stuff with it. Great storyline, especialy Agent Niteshade and Bond. In my opinion, Bond in this looks soo much cooler and more mature than that sorry wanabe fathead bond in Nightfire. The car levels are a little tedious and confusing, but the rail levels are sweet! In one you get heat vision gogles and a tank!!
Pros:
Great animation!
Rail levels are AWESOME!!!
Sleek voices and sounds!
One of the strongest multiplayer bonds *looks evily at wall where bomb is planted while laughing like a goon*
FUN!

Cons:
Sometimes gets glitchy
AI only roll and takes them seven seconds to shoot you (way long)
Sometimes there are unreasonable kills for both sides (on the last level we beat it by throwing a grenade while we were already in a pit(dead).

Worth the $$ for a solid one player game

When I heard they were going to make another FPS(first person shooter) in the bond series I was thrilled. Now in retrospect, I can say that I was no goldeneye, but the One-player game was much better. Multiplayer was not a good thing and the levels are way to small but if you like one-player FPS's this is a great title to have.

Why is criticizing this game so much? This game is great!

O.K. so maybe GoldenEye was better. But this game is well worth the money. First of all I like a challenging game, but not one that will take you a year to beat. This games levels, though short, are challenging and fun. All the people who say that you can't "explore" enough on this game don't know what there talking about. As far as I know GoldenEye didn't let you explore either. The graphics are awesome, and yes you do have hands. The multi-player mode is a little boring though. After you get ten kills you've mastered the level. The sound is great to. And I don't see why these over-critical people are complaining about the weapons. There the same weapons you get in any other Bond game. The only differenc in weapons is that the famous Golden Gun doesn't kill in one shot. I do have to admit though the AI is not stunning. After you go through the level once, and then go back to recieve a platnium rank you can basically beat it with your eyes shut.Overall I encourage any Bond-enthusiast, shooting game lover, or just somebody who likes to kill time while having a lot of fun should buy this game today. And since Nightfire came out the price is reduced. so its well worth you hard earned cash.

Agent Under Fire is not based on a James Bond movie. The game has 12 levels.Your in Hong Kong,Romainia,Switzerland, the South China Sea and the Mediterranean Sea.Your assignment is to stop Adrian Malprave from taking over the world by making a clone army.Malprave's henchmen are Carla the Jackal and Nigel Bloch.Bloch is the the perfect henchman. He is totally evil. But,Bond's face looks TERRIBLE![especially compared to Nightfire]While some missions are easy, levels like level 11:Mediterranean Crisis are hard. There are four driving missions. Two you drive, one automatic transport system, and one someone else drives for you.For levels 5-12 you need to put it on 00 Agent difficulty if you want to get a gold medal score.Gold medals unlock special rewards.Platinum medals unlock special multiplayer maps, powerups and characters. The multiplayer is okay. You can't use characters from other James Bond movies like Nightfire. This game is good but I prefer Nightfire.

I remember sitting in front of the tv during Junior High and playing Goldeneye. Well, this is another game about 007 that I can sit around and play all day. This isn't based on a movie it has it's own missions that you have to figure out as you go along. There are an assortment of gadgets that you can use like lasers and grappling hooks. It's really quite fun but it does take some figuring out. Once you figure out how to do it you think "How stupid was I?" There are bond moves throughout the whole game that give you extra points added to your total score. Also keeps your eyes peeled for an armory or secret passages. Once you get used to the controls it's a good game. Peace out

one of the greatest games ever

This game is one of my all time favorites. I haven't had a PS2 for very long, but as soon as I played this game, I knew I had to have it and now I have gotten a platinum medal on every mission. My favorite thing about it is the new air-combat. You don't actually fly, but you can turn on low-gravity and have the Q-Jet (jet pack) and Q-Claw (grappling hook) and basically stay up as long as you want. This is a great new feature to have on this game. Anyway, here are my pros and cons on the game:

Pros-
-Alternate fire mode is really helpful (firensi...hehehe)
-I love the fact that the Q-Claw can hook on to anything in multiplayer mode
-The missions are really fun
-When you unlock golden accuracy, the P2K (golden gun) is perfectly accurate which makes it very fun to snipe with
-It's just plain fun!!

Cons-
-The missions are too easy to beat (but challenging to get platinum on)
-There aren't enough missions
-The multiplayer levels aren't big enough

Oh yeah...this is so much better than NightFire (which isn't that great).

A little better than mediocre

I got this at Media Play today, and was very excited to get it. My happiness died a little after playing it. It's fun...sometimes, it has impresive graphics...usually, and the enemy AI is realistic...every once in awhile. Everyone makes a big deal about the game's 12 missions, an hour into it, I'm on mission 6, and with very good ratings in my finished missions. The problem really is, simply, the length of the missions and their simplicity are far too low.

I have not played the multiplayer yet, but it could be fun, it supports the multitap. Interesting mix of 1st person shooter, driving sim, covert missions and a kind of Virtua Cop missions in single player. But the game is soooo short and soooo easy! BEWARE, it's good, but it won't last long and what 1st person shooter ever has much replay value? This one won't have much either. Just be careful!
