Drop the Wars and the Car Stealing & Jump into a Cab

This Fast paced, Pick 'em up game is fun for ages, I play it all the time, for hours on end, I just wish there was more than 1 level to play. (Hint Hin Acclaim...Maybe you should do a "Crazy Taxi: World Tour")

Crazy Taxi is so much fun to play, it is extremely addictive, no game compares to it. This game is also funny, people say all kinds of stuff.

In the end it is worth maybe a 4.5, but I rounded up for good measure. It's fun, but it should be more complex...

In short, there was lots of hype on this game and it's just not fun. The graphics are okay, but when you hit a building or something you go UP the building and it glitches? Since when does that happen in a modern game? The controls are atrocious. It's not a rewarding game and after 30 minutes of this game, you're thinking, this was $20??? Lots of hype, but in the end (30 minutes later) it's boring. I even picked up the SAME characters for the SAME destination in the SAME run...see...boring! There's only one course and 4 cab drivers....and the same old boring everything. Save your $! This was a big let-down....

This is an awsem game and good graphics but need a lil sprossin up. U should be abel to hit the people,lol,and the song are good too but the best song is by offsprin called all i want, the rest r ok but there is one bad song thatshould be takken off. there r some good secers and u get plaed 4 waht u doso i makes it funner!

Hello. This is a great game, but it has its flaws. Let's start with the good parts:

This game lets you drive one of four taxis, each with a different driver for 3,5, or 10 minutes. I choose 10 minutes.

Axel, the green hair guy who kinda gives me on my nerves in just 10 minutes because he says the YEAH YEAH thing all the time and the BREAKDOWN thing too but he also has a great cab. But the YEAH YEAH thing makes me laugh the first time I play him. ________________________________________

B.D Joe, This guy in MY OPINION has the has the fastest cab and is a rapper type guy, I have made #1st place in arcade rules with this guy. But to the kid's review below me, I completely disagree, something special here.

Gus, My favorite player in the game. I like the way his cab looks, it looks like a 30's 40's car look but his cab drives pretty slow. Also nicely decorated.

Well, I say get this game, even though there is MILD language. I hope you still leave my review on, Amazon, but in this game they say the word damn. They also say the other words besides donkey, dumb@$$, & dork. . All in all, a very fun game. Please buy!

I was pretty excited when i heard about this game coming out for the P.S.2, i had already played the Dreamcast version over at my friend's house. This game is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can choose from 4 different drivers (really 8, you can make the characters use bikes after you beat the game). There are also 2, yes, 2 levels (that is the reason why ig ave the game 4*'s, that and there is no 2 player mode). So really, this a really good game that should keep you entertained for quite a while

That's all i have 2 say right now until I write another review, LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This game is very fun. It has very good gameplay. It's very challenging. The main idea of the game is to deliver people in a taxi but you dont need to drive on the road you can drive really crazy. I highly recommend you buy it.

Crazy Taxi- from Arcade to PS2

I played Crazy Taxi at an arcade in flordia and it had great graphics and it made you want to play it for hours. I get a Playstation magizine and the editors thought that this Crazy Taxi was the best in the series.With the graphic capabilities of the PS2,I would certainly think so.

Crazy Taxi is a must have for everyone,kids,adults,teens.I borrowed this game from a friend and I love it.I plan to buy it in the future.It has lots of modes.(Arcade,Original,Crazy Box).Arcade is like an exhibition mode,Original is like an adventure mode,Crazy Box is a great minigame.It is easy to pick up and play.It is great to play with friends,even though there is no multiplayer,take turns at arcade to see who can earn the most cash.Here is what is good about Crazy Taxi:Great graphics,fun for more than one person,great modes,great fun for a while.
Now what is bad:no official multiplayer,not enough modes,becomes repetitive after a while.Still overall a good game,hopefully Sega will improve the cons and make Crazy Taxi2 an absolute must have.

Crazy Taxi is an ergetic game. You drive around the city of San Francisco, my hometown, and deliver people to their destinations. This game also has mini game. They are somewhat frusterating after a while, but aren't all games?

A good game for short gaming sessions

This game is a direct port from the dreamcast, so those who have one don't need the other. The small sub games do break up the gameplay a bit, but this game is best played in short sessions, as the gameplay can quickly become boring.

Buy this one for those times when you just want to play for a bit!
