Virtua Fighter 4 is a very good fighting game and one of the best on PS2,but it could use some more gameplay modes!The graphics and sounds are top notch and the gameplay is fun for awhile,too but it neeeds some more interesting modes.Kumite just didn't satisfy me.It also needs some ending movies like the Dead or Alive and Tekken games.Still, for $19.99 fighting fans should buy it.
VF4 is the BBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOMMMMMMBBBBBB!!!!!!

Virtua Fighter 4 is great. It keeps you entertained for hours. There is a kumite mode where you fight through a continuous series of opponents. There's arcade mode where you fight through all of the characters. VS mode is awesome. My friend and I stayed up for hours doing VS. The graphics for this game are superb.There is also a training mode with multiple ways to train.Sometimes it's just fun to smash your opponent into the wall for kicks. The sound of a characters foot hitting anothers head is music. The sound quality is one of the best. The only downside to this game is that once you beat it and get bored of it you get bored of it unlike GTA:Vice City.VF4 Is a MUST buy!

Realistic fighting moves, interesting charecters, different modes, and detailed levels. If you're looking for a fighting game other than Tekken, I would recommend this to you.
The only thing that some people might not like is that the foreign fighters speak their foreign language, and there are no subtitles, so you can't understand their trash talk and triumph words.
Another thing I'm curious about, why is their a Virtua Fighter 4, but no 1, 2, or 3?

This game had pretty good game play, but the voices and fighters were corny and dumb. Who is the main character? He looks like a wanabe Ryu from Steet Fighter. No offence, but Tekken blows this game away. But its still recommended because some people may find it interesting, much less recomended than Tekken Tag Tournement, which could have been the best fighting game ever made.
