A great game but sometimes frustrating

I have not beaten this game but it is still very good. I have played this game for 2 hours a few times. It is frustrating because when you get your new aeons (a-ons) at the temple I did not know where to put the spheres in the walls. It is a must have in my opinion.
It has the best grafics I have ever seen, that was the reason I bought it.

it took a couple hours, but eventually ff 10 turned into the best final fantasy i ever played. The combat system is great. You can switch characters in and out of battle and you don't even waste a turn doing it. The sphere grid was scary at first, but eventually i loved it because leveling up only lets you increase one stat, but you level up much faster so it seems like you are making more progress. Unfortunatly, there is only one disc. I actually liked four discs because you felt like you achieved something when you beat a disc.
The plot is great because the characters wont neccessarily have a happy ending when they defeat Sin, so the plot has a much different feel than other ffs.
It all came crashing down when you get the airship and do sidequests. Final fantasy sidequests are typically tedious, but these sidequest have minigames that you will spend hours trying to beat. Some of the most frustrating moments in video game history happened here. I admit that i get mad more easily than most though.
still, the good outweighs the bad. It might have been as good as ff 7 or 9 if not for frustrating sidequests.

I have played this game 55555383000000111 times it is so fun it gets funner every time THOUGH the sphere grid is hard for begginers. the best caracther is LULU she is a Black Mage. in my current game I am Fighting YUNALESCA (U-NA-LES-CA)SHE IS HARDER THAN THE LAST BOSSES

Well , after 2 years i have finally finished ffx which was double sad (it's all over and the sad ending). I lost my memory card 2 years ago and didn't decide to start over until dec. 2003 which is why it took so long.
I loved the game's story line and it is the best ff game (to me) besides ff8. the new ,switch characters between battle was great but it made the game less challenging. To me , the sphere grid was simple and i like having the option of upgrading my characters anyway i like but, the catch was if you were suppose to have a strong attack character and make them a magic attack character then they would be weak.

to be honest , i can go on and on about to specs of the game but what actually MADE me write a review, spend countless amount of hours playing the game, and excited there was a sequel was the storyline. of the 5 stars i gave it the storyline earned 3.5 of them. this is my favorite game and one of my favorite movies. gotta run, the mall is open so i'm on my way to get ffx-2!

this game rocks it has awesome graphics and i like the real speaking instead of just subtitles and stuff. i think that if you don't like this game ur not a very observational person. this game is truly going to be a classic.

Me and one of my friends HIGHLY recomend this game! The graphics will blow your mind!

I played this game over at my friends house and when the game got to the part after a movie scene I was like, *stare* ::fifteen minutes later:: *stare*. They were that good!

But, overal, it's just a plain good game! Excelent!!

I've played this game two years ago beated it and it's really good. The things I like from this game are the graphics, music, gameplay, summons, and overdrives.

This game is simpaly the best its a must have. this is the best game i have so far i can't wait untill the new and improved one comes out ,Final Fantasy X-2.I am sur this will be a big hit aswell.

This is the ultimate video game. And for only $20. The best story by far and the best cut scene graphics. The songs are awsome and the voice acting is too. The game takes 65 hours to beat. It is challanging.
